Gerard Piqué Shares Romantic Photos With His Girlfriend, Clara Chía Marti, in Arizona

THE RUNDOWN Gerard Piqué confirmed his relationship with Clara Chía Marti in January 2023, just seven months after he and Shakira publicly ended their 11-year relationship. The former FC Barcelona soccer player shared a selfie with Marti on Instagram at the time, marking their first post together after months of dating rumors. Prior to that, the pair had already been seen together in public, beginning in August 2022. Since going public, the couple has largely kept details of their relationship under wraps. Most recently, Piqué shared photos from a trip to Arizona, suggesting they're still together despite past speculation of a split. Little is publicly known about Marti outside her relationship with Piqué. She is originally from Barcelona and was a public relations student in 2022, according to multiple outlets, including Marca and The Sun, but she has not given any interviews or made public statements herself. Below, everything to know about Marti and her relationship with Piqué. Three months after Piqué and Shakira confirmed their separation, he was photographed with Marti at the Summerfest Cerdanya music festival in Catalonia. A few days later, they appeared together again at a wedding in Costa Brava, where they were seen holding hands. As of August 2022, Marti was reportedly employed in the public relations department of Kosmos, the sports and entertainment production company founded by Piqué. According to The Sun, sources said at the time, 'She is a student who also works for him in his office, organizing events.' Despite her proximity to Piqué, Marti has largely avoided the spotlight. Her Instagram account is private with a limited number of followers, including Piqué himself. Over the past three years, Marti and Piqué have taken several trips across Europe and beyond. They've been photographed in Monaco, Prague, Morocco, and, most recently, Arizona. According to Hola!, they visited Antelope Canyon in July 2025, and Piqué shared photos from the trip. One showed the couple kissing in front of the desert landscape. Piqué captioned the post simply, '🧡.' In a February 2025 appearance on Spanish TV show La Revuelta, Piqué spoke about how his life has been transformed since beginning his relationship with Marti. 'I've changed styles, as you mentioned before,' he said. 'My style is different now; I'm doing better in both areas. We're always evolving.' He added, 'I'm really good—really.' The couple became Instagram official in January 2023, when Piqué shared a selfie of the two without a caption. A second photo followed in May of that year. Since then, Marti has appeared occasionally in his feed, including during their trip to Abu Dhabi in October 2024 and to Arizona in July 2025. Piqué is currently 38 years old, and Marti is 26. In April 2024, the couple celebrated her 25th birthday with a trip to Madrid for the King's League final per Hola!. They were photographed together at the airport.

Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom Calling It 'Splitsville' After 9 Years Together?

In relationships, communication is vital to keep the heat alive and to talk about any misunderstandings that might've occurred. When communication fails, that's when actions need to speak louder than words. Long-time lovers Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are rumoured to have quietly ended their engagement after almost a decade together. Reports say that the relationship was strained due to controversies surrounding Perry and the low reception of her '143' album. Rumours of their alleged split started on 9th June 2025, as sources from Vulture report that the pair's relationship had started to strain following Katy's '143' album and the 'Lifetimes Tour' underperforming. 'It made her very stressed. Orlando was understanding, but it did cause some tension', says sources from Vulture. The singer's trip on Blue Origin had also impacted their relationship with sources saying, 'He [Orlando Bloom] always thought it was a stupid idea and she wouldn't get anything positive out of it'. Despite everything being just rumours, the couple's outside activities have seemed to further spur divorce rumours as the 'Teenage Dream' artist was seen renting out her Montecito home, which she had a three-year-long legal battle to acquire, to Chris Pratt and his wife. Sources said that Katy had previously suggested that it was the ideal place for the pair to raise their family, which included their daughter Daisy Bloom. It is a peculiar fact that she had rented the home after battling tooth and nail for what she deemed as her 'family home'. However, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are yet to publicise or comment on the split rumours. Do you think this power couple might actually be splitsville? Sources: Vulture, Hola! Another royal abdication? King Philippe to follow in Edward VIII's footsteps?

Seems like yet another royal abdication is on the cards. But this time, it's not for the British royal family. King Philippe, the monarch of Belgium, recently opened up about when he might renounce the throne for his daughter, Princess Elisabeth, to reign. Read on to know more. What's happening? King Philippe of Belgium recently had some fun while tackling a question about when he might hand over the throne to his daughter, Princess Elisabeth. The 65-year-old monarch shared his thoughts in a cheerful interview released by The Belgian Monarchy, where he responded to 30 out of a whopping 2,614 video messages for his April 15 birthday. When asked about abdication, King Philippe offered a playful take on the idea: "A King steps back, but is not retired," according to a translation shared by Hola!. He emphasized that he would continue his royal duties while allowing his daughter the time she needs to enjoy life, grow, and travel the world. "I will continue to work for Belgium, and I must give my daughter time to enjoy her youth, develop herself, and see the world. I support her 100 percent in that, and I will do everything I can to give her all the time she needs to do," he added. Now, let's take a look at abidication, as a royal precedent. Edward VIII's dramatic exit In December 1936, Edward VIII shocked the world by relinquishing the British throne after less than a year in power. His abdication, driven by an irreconcilable desire to marry Wallis Simpson, a twice-divorced American, defied centuries of monarchical tradition. Reportedly, the King famously told his prime minister: 'I find it impossible to carry the heavy burden of responsibility and to discharge my duties as King…. .without the help and support of the woman I love.' The crisis was swift and seismic; Edward stepped away, becoming the Duke of Windsor, and was succeeded by his younger brother, George VI. His departure set one of the starkest examples of a voluntary surrender of power in modern monarchy, born of personal conviction, not political calculus. Belgium's history of 'peaceful' abdications Fast-forward to July 2013: King Albert II of Belgium voluntarily abdicated in favor of his son, Prince Philippe. After nearly 20 years on the throne, Albert cited age and declining health as his reasons, believing that he could no longer 'fulfil [his] duties as [he] would like to,' and expressing confidence that his son was 'well prepared' to take up the constitutional role. The ceremony was somber yet celebratory – Belgian flags, parliamentary oaths in three languages, and poignant tributes to national unity amid deep linguistic divisions. King Philippe: The son who inherited the crown On 21 July 2013 – Belgium's national day – Philippe, then aged 53, was sworn in as the seventh King of the Belgians. An Oxford- and Stanford-trained former military pilot, he pledged to uphold the constitution and act as a unifying figure in a country often split by language and regional identity. His reign, so far, has been quiet, dutiful, and low‑profile – quite unlike the conspicuous drama surrounding Edward VIII's abdication and departure to a more gilded, yet detached, existence. The modern wave of abdications Belgium's abdication was neither isolated nor unprecedented. In recent years, a wave of European monarchs has offered their thrones to the next generation. Emperor Akihito of Japan abdicated in 2019 due to age and health – his first voluntary exit in over two centuries. Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands passed the throne to her son in 2013; her successor, King Albert II, followed suit. Queen Margrethe II of Denmark abdicated in early 2024 – likely aiming to ensure her son, Crown Prince Frederik, could begin his reign at full strength amid swirling speculation surrounding his personal life. While it's near-impossible to think of a similar kind of scenario for King Charles III, the reigning monarch of the United Kingdom – even though he is suffering from cancer – these abdications reflect a modern view: monarchs, living longer and more active lives, may choose to step aside when they feel they can no longer perform ceremonial duties with distinction. It's a renewal strategy – passing the torch while still alive to advise and support. Paving the path for Princess Elisabeth A decade before Princess Elisabeth was born, Belgium made a significant change to its succession laws, adopting absolute primogeniture in 1991. This meant that female descendants of King Albert II would inherit the throne based on birth order, breaking the centuries-old rule that favored sons. King Philippe and Queen Mathilde are raising their four children, including Princess Elisabeth, Prince Gabriel, 21, Prince Emmanuel, 19, and Princess Eléonore, 17, all while balancing their education and royal responsibilities. At just 23 years old, Princess Elisabeth, who's also known as the Duchess of Brabant, is the first in line to the throne and making history as Belgium's first queen regnant – its first reigning female monarch! True to her royal spirit, Princess Elisabeth is actively juggling her studies with royal duties, frequently returning to Belgium to stay engaged with public life. It'd be premature to draw a conclusion if King Philippe would be renouncing the throne for his daughter, but it's safe to say she's a busy princess making her mark! ‘Blake Lively Khaleesi Text' Trending Amid Justin Baldoni Lawsuit

Wondering why the phrase 'Blake Lively Khaleesi Text' is trending again? As the legal battle between Lively and Justin Baldoni continues to escalate, the curiosity about previous text exchanges between them is growing. Here are more details on the trend. The phrase 'Blake Lively Khaleesi text' has been making waves online, as her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni grows increasingly tense. The message, sent during a behind-the-scenes dispute over the film adaptation of It Ends With Us, has yet again resurfaced. This follows a major update in their court case. On June 2, a federal judge ruled that Lively's emotional distress claims would not proceed after her legal team opted to drop them. The court also denied Baldoni's request to obtain her private medical and therapy records, since those claims were no longer part of the case. Meanwhile, on June 5, Lively publicly criticized Baldoni for distancing himself from the feminist ideals he once promoted. Lively's spokesperson told Us Weekly, '19 leading survivors and organizations devoted to women's rights, children's rights and domestic violence have now signed onto four separate amicus briefs. All are united in opposing Justin Baldoni's attempt to dismantle a law designed to protect women who speak up — simply to protect himself.' The tension first started during production on It Ends With Us, where Lively was cast as the lead. Later, she reportedly became heavily involved in shaping the script. According to Baldoni's legal complaint, she pushed for significant rewrites and tried to take creative control. While Baldoni acknowledged her enthusiasm, he chose to incorporate only parts of her suggestions. That decision reportedly upset Lively. She later brought up her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and friend Taylor Swift in a conversation. The situation took a dramatic turn with a final message, now known as the 'Khaleesi text.' Drawing a parallel to Game of Thrones, Lively wrote, 'If you ever get around to watching Game of Thrones, you'll appreciate that I'm Khaleesi, and like her, I happen to have a few dragons.' 'For better or worse, but usually for better. Because my dragons also protect those I fight for. So really, we all benefit from those gorgeous monsters of mine. You will too, I can promise you,' she added. (via Hola!) The trial of this legal battle is set to begin in March 2026. Originally reported by Disheeta Maheshwari on ComingSoon.
