Detroit Pistons schedule release 2025-26: See all 82 NBA games, dates

The Detroit Pistons' full 2025-26 schedule has been released. They will tip off their season Wednesday, Oct. 22 at the Chicago Bulls at 8 p.m. ET. The Pistons' home opener at Little Caesars Arena will be Sunday, Oct. 26 against the Boston Celtics at 3:30 p.m. The league had already previously announced seven Pistons games, including their four-game NBA Cup slate. POWER POLL: How Pistons rank compared to other Eastern Conference contenders Pistons national TV games The Pistons have multiple games that will be broadcast nationally either on TV or streaming. This includes: Oct. 27: vs Cavaliers, Peacock, 7 p.m. Nov. 26: at Celtics, 5 p.m., ESPN (NBA Cup). Jan. 19: vs Celtics, 8 p.m., NBC/Peacock (MLK Day). And the team announced in June it would play the Dallas Mavericks in Mexico City on Nov. 1. It will be the Pistons' third time playing in Mexico, with the two teams last facing each other in the city in 2019. They'll tip off their four-game preseason slate Oct. 6 on the road against the Memphis Grizzlies. Pistons roster reset The Pistons will run back much of last season's roster, which completed a historic 30-game turnaround en route to 44 wins and a first-round exit to the New York Knicks in six games. A new crop of veterans have been added, most notably Michigan alumni Caris LeVert and Duncan Robinson. They replace the team's top three free agents, who all left: Malik Beasley (unsigned), Dennis Schröder (Sacramento Kings), Tim Hardaway Jr. (Denver Nuggets). Cade Cunningham will enter his fifth season after earning third-team All-NBA last season — and an extra $45 million — after he helped the Pistons snap a 17-year franchise drought without a playoff win. Cunningham will be flanked by Jaden Ivey — back from a broken fibula suffered in January — Jalen Duren, Ausar Thompson, second-year wing Ron Holland and Isaiah Stewart.
