Lava is set to launch the Play Ultra 5G gaming smartphone in India on August 20. The mid-range smartphone will be available for purchase via Amazon. Honor had revealed all of the phone's specifications ahead of today's launch. The X7c 5G is equipped with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage. It runs Android 14-based MagicOS 8.0 out of the box. The device features a 6.8-inch Full HD+ LCD display that offers a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 850 nits. According to Honor, the X7c 5G offers SGS 5-star drop resistance rating and carries an ingress protection rating of IP64. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone gets a dual-rear camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor, paired with a 2 MP depth unit. At the front, it offers a 5 MP selfie camera. It packs a 5,200 mAh battery with support for 35W fast charging, offers dual SIM support, Bluetooth 5.0, and dual-band Wi-Fi. Honor X7c 256GB 8GB RAM £ 169.00 Honor X7c will be available for purchase in Moonlight White and Forest Green colors. The phone is priced at INR 14,999 ($170) for the sole 8 GB/256 GB storage option.
