Infinix Hot 60i 5G with 6,000mAh battery, 120Hz display launched in India at ₹9,299
Infinix has launched another new device in its budget focused Hot series. The new device called Hot 60i comes with an IP64 rating, 6,000mAh battery, Dimensity 6400 processor, 120Hz display and 50MP primary camera while packing a price of less than ₹ 10,000. Infinix Hot 60i is priced at ₹ 9,299 for the sole 4GB RAM/128GB storage model. However, there is a ₹ 300 discount on pre-paid cards on first day of sale which takes the effective price of the device to ₹ 8,999. The Hot 60i 5G will go on sale on Flipkart and retail outlets from 21st August onwards. The phone will be available in four colour variants: Shadow Blue, Monsoon Green, Plum Red, and Sleek Black Infinix Hot 60i 5G features a 6.75 inch HD+ LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate and 670 nits of peak brightness. The phone comes with Panda Glass protection on the top and IP64 rating for water and dust resistance, meaning it should be able to handle some light water splashes but not full submersion under water. The new Infinix device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor with Mali-M57 MC2 GPU. The phone comes with support for 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. There is also support for up to 2TB of expandable storage via the microSD card slot. As for the optics, the Hot 60i comes with a 50MP rear camera setup with LED flash and support for 2k 30fps video recording. On the front is a 5MP shooter for selfies and video calls. The Hot 60i runs on Infinix's XOS 15 based on Android 15 with support for a number of AI features including Circle to Search, AI Call Translation, AI Summarization, AI Writing Assistant, AI Eraser for photo editing, and AI Wallpaper Generator. The Hot 60i comes with a 6,000mAh battery with support for 18W of wired fast charging.

After the debut of Infinix Hot 60 5G last month, the Transsion-owned brand is now looking to bring in a new variant in the budget-focused lineup called the Hot 60i 5G. Infinix has started teasing the new phone while also revealing its chipset, battery size, colour variants, and various other details. Infinix has confirmed that the Hot 60i 5G will be available to buy from Flipkart and its own website, similar to other Infinix devices sold in the Indian market. The phone is all set to come in four colour variants: Shadow Blue, Monsoon Green, Sleek Black, and Plum Red. As for the design, Infinix seems to have beaten Apple to the punch with the introduction of a pill-shaped horizontal camera module that is rumoured to debut with the iPhone 17 Air. The camera module, along with the use of solid colours by the brand, gives a clean look to the back, followed by Infinix branding at the bottom. While Infinix has not shared a confirmed launch date yet, the budget model is hinted to arrive later this month. Infinix has confirmed that the Hot 60i will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor in India, which also powers the likes of the realme P3x and Lava Storm Lite. The phone will come with a massive 6,000mAh battery, which the company claims is the biggest in its segment. Infinix Hot 60 5G+ is launching next week with 'One Tap AI Button'
Infinix recently unveiled the Hot 60i with the Helio G81 Ultimate chip at the helm, and now it has announced that it will soon launch the Hot 60 5G+ featuring a "One Tap AI Button." The image shared by Infinix with us shows that the One Tap AI Button will be located on the right side of the Hot 60 5G+ below the volume rocker and power button. Infinix says it's a "smart and seamless shortcut that redefines user interaction" with the device and is designed for professionals, gamers, students, and regular users alike. The One Tap AI Button supports single press, double press, and long press, and can be customized for over 30 apps. Moreover, the AI Button adapts to an individual's usage patterns to provide relevant, real-time assistance. The One Tap AI Button can also be used to summarize articles, trigger Circle to Search, or get explanations of the on-screen content. It can also launch personalized tools based on the content displayed on the phone's screen. Infinix hasn't revealed anything else about the Hot 60 5G+, but said the smartphone will launch in India on July 11 and will be sold online exclusively through Flipkart.
