The Hoosier State has joined Iowa, Kentucky, Minnesota and others in offering blacked-out plates as an alternative to more traditional designs. Hoosiers can purchase blackout plates starting Aug. 8 from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Here's what we know.
