From fashion to fine art, a wave of new storefronts reshapes downtown Delray Beach

DELRAY BEACH — A fresh crop of fashion-focused storefronts is redefining Atlantic Avenue, offering everything from bespoke suiting and eco-luxe essentials to effortlessly chic European fashion. The expansion comes as two global communications firms, Vertical Bridge and Digital Bridge, prepare to move their headquarters to Sundy Village, a mixed-use development rising at Atlantic and Swinton Avenue in the heart of downtown Delray. "Downtown Delray Beach continues to thrive," said Laura Simon, executive director of the Delray Beach Downtown Development Authority. "We're not only welcoming exciting new retailers, restaurants, and businesses to our district, both small and large — we're also filling vacancies swiftly as leases turn over. The pace of activity and reinvestment is a strong sign of a vibrant, healthy downtown." Here's a look at the new retail arrivals: Free People Nestled at 310-B E.
