Now Is A Great Time To Get The Deadlands Reloaded Humble Bundle

This is a massive collection of Deadlands Reloaded including rules, campaigns, adventures and more. Role playing games use mythology as fuel. Deadlands, from Pinnacle Entertainment Group, uses the tall tales of the American West as a place for stories about heroes, villains, monsters and more. It's told these stories in many ways, from tabletop role playing games to comic books, card games, novels and more. Currently, Humble Bundle is featuring a collection of the last edition of the game that benefits the American Cancer Society. The bundle is slated to run through June 14th, 2025. I've selected some of my favorite titles out of the 85 available to highlight for this article. Deadlands is an alternate history horror game set in an America where something supernatural awoke during the Battle of Gettysburg. This caused big changes to the timeline like a massive earthquake that turned California into a Great Maze of seawater filled canyons. It also caused smaller changes like undead gunslingers and spellcasting cardsharps wandering the small towns of the Wild West. The most recent editions of Deadlands use Savage Worlds as the base system. Savage Worlds is something of a younger sibling to Deadlands that uses some trappings to give the game a more Western flavor. For example, initiative runs based on crd draws from a deck of playing cards. This bundle includes the main rule books from the last edition of the game. The Player's Guide details how to build a character, whether its just a common cowpoke or one of the more unusual options like a huckster or blessed. The Marshall's Handbook digs into the setting and reveals some of the secrets of why this West is the way that it is. FEATURED | Frase ByForbes™ Unscramble The Anagram To Reveal The Phrase Pinpoint By Linkedin Guess The Category Queens By Linkedin Crown Each Region Crossclimb By Linkedin Unlock A Trivia Ladder Although Deadlands: The Weird West is the most recent edition, the vast majority of these titles are compatible. The main difference, setting wise, is the fact that in this version the North and South continue the Civil War for almost two decades until magic and time travel shenanigans changed that. Other smaller changes can be found on the Pinnacle website. The big villains of the setting are the Reckoners. They each take on the role of one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse: War, Famine, Death and Pestilence. Each Reckoner gets an entire campaign devoted to detailing their strengths, their influences and how the players can take them down. Each of these books is structured in a style called Plot Points. There's the main storyline to follow, but also several smaller adventures that can be sedded in based on character stories and where the players end up. The structure makes the game feel like a classic TV show where there's an overall arc but also several standalone adventures to play out. The bundle also includes several smaller adventures for role playing groups who don't want to commit to an epic campaign story right out of the gate. These range from shorter campaigns like Blood Drive to one sheets that have everything the Game Master needs to run on two sides of the same paper. There are dozens of stories here that capture the spooky but deadly tone that attracted me to the game. Blood Drive is a great example of this tone. It uses a classic Western story of driving cattle to market to give players a tour of the Weird West. Once the story is over, the players know that all those whispered campfire tales and superstitious saloon stories have a kernel of truth to them. This bundle includes a lot of maps, tokens, foldouts and other expansions aimed to help players play the game. While Deadlands has a heavy horror aspect to it, there's still plenty of room for exciting shootouts and cinematic duels. The expansions also include player options and details on different sections of the west. The 1880 Smith & Robards Catalog continues one of my favorite traditions from the original Deadlands. It's chock full of steampunk gadgets built by so-called mad scientists that can give players an edge against the beasts that stalk the prairie. The entries in this book can be purchased by players or serve as inspiration should one of the players decided to play a character devoted to the New Science. Deadlands remains my favorite kitchen sink role playing game. It combines several genres together to tell unique stories featuring a variety of heroes including simple schoolmarms, tough cowboys, kung fu masters and mad scientists. This bundle is a great way to fall in love with Westerns, Weird or otherwise.

Humble Bundle Just Dropped Every DOOM and Recent Wolfenstein Game for $28

Humble Bundle is back with a massive deal for gamers looking for something to play—this time, featuring the complete DOOM catalogue alongside newer Wolfenstein titles. For the uninitiated, Humble Bundle launched in 2010 with the goal of offering game bundles at affordable prices in support of charity. Each bundle operates on a 'pay what you want' model, typically starting at $5, though that tier includes fewer items than the full bundle, allowing gamers with less disposable income to access a variety of titles. A portion of the proceeds from every purchase on the Humble marketplace goes to charity. Since its launch, Humble Bundle has contributed more than $266 million to charitable causes. Fans can get everything included in this latest bundle for $28. The new Humble Bundle is called 'id & Friends.' This bundle features the entire DOOM first-person shooter catalogue and includes the Machine Games' new Wolfenstein game series, starting with Wolfenstein: The New Order in 2014. Humble may be trying to get Slayers ready for the highly anticipated DOOM: The Dark Ages when it launches on May 15, considering the Bundle comes with two 10% off coupons for both DOOM: The Dark Ages and another for the Premium Edition. The bundle is also raising money for Direct Relief, a nonprofit, non-partisan organization that provides medical aid globally. Humble Bundle proceeds are typically split as follows: five per cent goes to charity, 65 per cent to the game publishers, and 30 percent to Humble. The 'Custom Amount' tab on the purchase screen allows buyers to adjust how proceeds are distributed—up to 85 per cent can be directed to charity if manually adjusted. DOOM + DOOM II (2024 enhanced versions) DOOM 3 DOOM 64 DOOM (2016) DOOM Eternal (plus Year One Pass) Wolfenstein: The New Order Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Wolfenstein: The Old Blood 10% off DOOM: The Dark Ages on Steam (Standard or Premium Edition) CGMagazine's DOOM: The Dark Ages preview from January called it 'an impressive evolution of the modern DOOM titles, refining core elements while delivering a fresh, medieval twist,' and it launches on May 15. The id & Friends Humble Bundle will remain active for the next 16 days (until May 10), and fans can check out all of the details on the official site.

Get 10% off Doom: The Dark Ages and nine extra games for less than £22

A new charity bundle from Humble Bundle is an absolute steal for both Doom fans and those who loved the recent Indiana Jones game. Publisher Bethesda appears to be on a roll at the moment. Its remaster of The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion has been an instant hit with fans, which comes off the heels of the excellent Indiana Jones And The Great Circle, which arrived on PlayStation 5 just last week. And in just a few weeks it will be launching prequel game Doom: The Dark Ages, which made a strong first impression during the Xbox showcase this past January. For anyone interested in the game, or who has grown to enjoy the style of Indiana Jones developer MachineGames, Humble Bundle is offering a very enticing package of PC games for less than £25, that also saves you £25 on The Dark Ages. The bundle in question is titled id & Friends and is a collection of not just the entire Doom series from developer id Software, but also the excellent Wolfenstein games from MachineGames (with the exception of the Youngblood spin-off). MachineGames' Wolfenstein games works in quite a similar way to Indiana Jones And The Great Circle, although with more of focus on gunplay – although it's still Nazis you're fighting. Although the original Doom games from the 90s are included in the bundle the earlier Wolfenstein titles are not. Altogether, it's nine games in total, but the bundle also includes 10% coupons for both the standard edition of Doom: The Dark Ages and its Premium Edition. More Trending For context, the former is £69.99 while the latter is £99.99, so the coupons would discount them to about £63 and £90 respectively. The full bundle is only £21.16, but you can opt for cheaper bundles that include two or six of the games (although neither of them come with the Doom: The Dark Ages coupons). A total of 5% of what you spend will be donated to the Direct Relief charity, which provides medical relief worldwide, and you can opt to spend more money on the bundle by using the Custom Amount tab. The bundle will only be available until May 11, just four days before Doom: The Dark Ages launches on May 15 for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC. The latest Humble Bundle brings together six must-play RPGs

It's been a while since Engadget has highlighted a Humble Bundle, but the latest one is just too good to ignore. The Dice and Destiny collection brings together six incredible RPGs in support of CARE, an NGO that fights hunger and poverty globally. For about $15, you get Broken Roads, Citizen Sleeper, Disco Elysium, Pillars of Eternity, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire, Roadwarden and a coupon for 15 percent off of Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector. Having played most of the games in this bundle, I can safely say they're all well-worth your time, but a few stand out. Disco Elysium needs no introduction. It was one of the most critically acclaimed games of 2019, and if you haven't played it yet, this is great way to get Disco Elysium for cheap. But it's not my favorite game in the collection. That distinction is shared by Citizen Sleeper and Roadwarden. In tone, they're very different games. Citizen Sleeper is set in a dystopian far future, while Roadwarden is a dark fantasy RPG that fans of The Witcher series will love. However, both feature incredible writing, music and art, and if you love games where your decisions matter, few will scratch that itch like Citizen Sleeper and Roadwarden.

EA's Overlooked Monster Hunter-Like And 7 Other Games On Sale For Just $12

Calling all fans of Monster Hunter, creepy forests, awesome 2D action games, and/or intergalactic warfare, this month's Humble Choice selection is for you. We are only a few days into a new month. That means all the various video game subscription services out there are refreshing their catalogs to offer some fresh options. And this month's Humble Choice offerings are especially good. For those unaware, Humble Choice is Humble Bundle's $12 a month subscription service that grants you a selection of PC games every month while supporting charity, too. Here are the eight PC games you get this month if you are Humble Choice subscriber: Pacific Drive Homeworld 3 Wild Hearts Tales of Kenzera: Zau Gravity Circuit Sir Whoopass Racine Cavern of Dreams Pacific Drive is a fantastic and creepy car-based survival roguelike game set in the rainy and dark forests of the northwest. Avoid the strange anomalies and get out alive while upgrading your car with supplies you scavenge. Wild Hearts is a underappreciated and overlooked Monster Hunter clone that streamlines parts of the genre while also introducing some original ideas, too. Released in 2023, Wild Hearts was published by EA and developed by Omega Force, and while it has its fans, it's always felt like this game didn't get the love it deserved. Perhaps now that will change. But then, considering how everyone is playing a new Monster Hunter game, probably not. The other game I want to highlight is Homeworld 3. We don't get a lot of big budget RTS space games anymore, so it was nice to see this one from Blackbird and Gearbox last year. Sadly, the game isn't great, but as a freebie included with a subscription it might be worth checking out to see if its take on space RTS combat clicks with you. If you want to grab these games up, you can subscribe to Humble Choice right now and then cancel your subscription later and still keep all of these games. .
