Get Me Out Of Here! has been a staple on our screens for the last 23 years, and it doesn't seem like that is going to change any time soon. The show which is front by Ant and Dec for ITV has taken numerous celebrities to the Australian outback since 2002. You can find the rumoured line up for this year's season here. ‌ Now, a television source has revealed that ITV is aiming to secure the Australian jungle location for I'm A Me Out Of Here! for an additional five years, which would see the popular reality series through to its 30th season. ‌ ITV, which has traditionally opted for three-year contracts for the use of the Murwillumbah site in New South Wales, appears to be changing tactics with this potential five-year deal. For the latest TV and showbiz gossip sign up to our newsletter ‌ The Sun has reported that discussions are currently taking place with Australian officials and the Tweed Shire Council, who need to give the green light for any extended filming permissions. An insider from the TV industry shared with the publication: "The production team are planning five years in advance, which is a long-term approach they haven't adopted before. "But this is not a done deal with the local authorities, and the negotiations have just started to secure the site." ‌ The source added: "They're not taking anything for granted but are hopeful all parties involved will be able to reach some kind of agreement." A representative for the Tweed Shire Council has acknowledged that conversations are ongoing. They commented: "They will need to seek permission again – we can't give open-ended filming permissions to anyone." ‌ I'm A Celebrity, presented by the duo Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, both aged 48, continues to be ITV's most successful returning entertainment show. The show's 24th series last year attracted an average viewership of 9.1 million, claiming the title of the most-watched entertainment programme of 2024. The show's format involves celebrities facing trials in the Australian outback, vying for public approval. However, due to the Covid pandemic, the programme temporarily moved to Gwrych Castle in North Wales for its 2020 and 2021 series. ‌ I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here's 2024 top 3. Katie Price claims Princess is 'too scared to tell the truth' behind family 'rift'

Katie Price has claimed her eldest daughter Princess is 'too scared' to reveal the true extent of their relationship due to influences from her dad Peter Andre and their management team Princess Andre is "too scared to tell the truth" about her apparent "rift" with her mum, Katie Price. The former glamour model and her eldest daughter have been surrounded by allegations of a rift in recent weeks, after it was revealed that Katie, 47, would not be included in Princess's own reality show. ‌ Instead, The Princess Diaries shows Princess with her dad, Peter Andre, step-mum Emily and her journey to adulthood after turning 18. But while Katie has maintained a positive relationship with her children, she claims that people behind the scenes have implied that there is a rift between them. ‌ She has also claimed she was blacklisted from appearing in the show, despite being in Ibiza while Princess was there, and crying to producers over the ordeal. Now, the former glamour model has suggested that while Princess is appearing on her own show and engaging with the media, she's 'too afraid' to reveal the truth. It comes after Katie Price worries fans with appearance in family photo after explaining weight loss. ‌ "I said to Princess 'Have you seen any edits of the show?' and she said 'no'," Katie revealed on her podcast, The Katie Price Show. She went on to add: "So it'll be interesting to see what's cut out. I won't be watching the show and I won't be promoting the show because I don't need it rubbed in my face of everyone playing happy families and regarding me as the other parent. "Although I support Princess and everything she does. But I think it's really wrong for her age to be put in this situation because she's going to have to do press, and they will ask. Apparently they're doing This Morning; Junior and Princess, they are going to be asked 'What's all this about your mum? Why isn't your mum in it?" ‌ Katie continued: "I think Princess would be too scared to tell the truth because Dad and management wouldn't have me in it, which is the truth. Princess shouldn't have that pressure; she should be enjoying it and not worrying about what her parents think. It's very healthy for both parents to support their kids. "I know her management listens to my podcast, so I just want to say one thing, and it's to all parents out there. Any parent out there, how would you feel as a parent that you're so close to your child but then you've got other people taking them off you, not letting you turn up or support your child. They just take them off you. They don't acknowledge you. They don't tell you anything. They don't involve you in anything. How harmful is that to a mother? It's so upsetting." ‌ Princess is currently managed by CAN Group, who also look after Peter. But CAN also represented Katie following her stint on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, and during her marriage to Peter, after the pair met in the jungle. However, Katie has never made it a secret that she didn't want the firm handling Princess, as the director allegedly doesn't like Katie, due to their bond being severed when she and her first husband split up in 2009. Katie was reminded that she can't be "deleted completely", but while she can be stopped from appearing on the show, producers have more than likely realised that they couldn't make the show without mentioning Katie. "When I was in Ibiza, Princess was there in Ibiza and I wasn't allowed to meet up with her," she added. It was during a night out on the party island that Katie bumped into producers of The Princess Diaries and burst out crying, telling them how she wished to be involved. "I never cry," she said, before adding that the producer saw how upset she was and "knew it was right" that Katie should be supporting her daughter. "I don't know where it's going to go from here, but it's alright for them not to have me in the show, but I'm alright to be used for headlines for the show," she added.

Princess Andre TV show start date: when does The Princess Diaries air?

Princess Andre, the daughter of Peter Andre and Katie Price, is stepping into the limelight herself with her own show and it is due to start airing on ITVX very soon Princess Andre was born into the world of celebrity as the daughter of showbiz legends Katie Price and Peter Andre. But now, she's stepping into the limelight in her own right with her own show The Princess Diaries. The starlet, who recently celebrated her 18th birthday, is set to open up about how her parents' estranged relationship has affected her through her childhood and teenage years amongst other things when the series goes to air. ‌ The first episode will air on Sunday 10 August at 9pm on ITV2, and viewers who are so captured by the new series will be able to watch the whole thing as a boxset on ITVX as well. And in the new series, the teenager has shared things haven't always been easy for her. ‌ In the first episode, Princess opened up about why she felt she could never speak to her dad, Peter, 52, about her mum following their bitter split and the fact they haven't spoken in years. Peter and Katie famously met when they competed on I'm A Me Out Of Here! in 2004. Within a year, they married and had Junior, 20, in June 2005. It comes after her mum Katie Price worried fans with appearance in family photo after explaining weight loss. ‌ Princess followed in 2007 but the couple eventually called it quits in 2009 after four years of marriage. These days, Peter is married to Emily Andre and has Theo, Amelia and Arabella with her whilst Katie has Jett and Bunny with Kieran Hayler, and was already mum to Harvey, 23, with Dwight Yorke by the time she met Peter. Princess has addressed traumatic memories of her glamour model mum Katie's divorce from Pete as well as her other very public relationships In a candid confession on the series, its title a reference to the 2001 Disney classic starring Anne Hathaway and the young adult novel of the same name, Princess said: "I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then. ‌ "But I don't feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. I do wish, like, I could have had a more happier childhood. In the sense of like, I had so many things on my plate at a young age." Princess said she wishes she "wasn't like that" and that she had things lingering at the back of her mind while being very young. She did acknowledge "good times" in her childhood and discussed Katie's split from Kieran Hayler when she was 10 years old. Katie and Kieran were married for eight years but had a rocky relationship, with accusations of infidelity. They officially split in May 2018 but were married from 2013 to 2021, and Katie is now in a relationship with former Married At First Sight star JJ Slater. ‌ However, Princess admitted when speaking of her mum's previous breakup: "My mum, obviously being heartbroken, didn't deal with that in the best way, she went through a very, very dark time, which is understandable," Princess shared. Revealing how the tough time also had an impact on her, she added: "Which is hard for me because I was around adulty things that kids should never see and I think as well, when we needed our mum there, she wasn't emotionally able to be there because she had so much of her own problems going on." She heartbreakingly shared how she would return from school early to "get into bed and cry". Princess said she is close to her dad Pete, but would never speak to him about her pain. The model confessed she has "always grown up knowing my mum and dad don't like each other." Princess added: "I wouldn't say I'm fully, fully recovered from it but mum is such a different person and if you put her now to back then, she's genuinely really fixed herself."
