Ananya Panday's cousin Ahaan Panday is currently basking in the success of his Bollywood debut film 'Saiyaara', directed by Mohit Suri. The film has been performing well at the box office, and is also garnering great reviews. Now, amid the success of Saiyaara, Ahaan's sister Alanna has shared a throwback video of his 'surprise performance' at her wedding to Ivor McCray. The video shows Ahaan impressing with his dance moves on Shah Rukh Khan's song 'I'm The Best'. Interestingly, Shah Rukh Khan was also in attendance at the wedding!
Alanna Panday took to her Instagram account to share a video from her wedding in March 2023. It shows Ahaan and his friend Karan Mehta. The Saiyaara actor looks dapper in a white shirt, black pants and a bowtie as he flaunts his smooth dance moves. His energetic performance left everyone cheering for him! Sharing the video, Alanna wrote, 'Your time to shine little brother Our #Saiyaara @ahaanpandayy Throwback to this surprise performance at my wedding and Ahaan learning this dance just a few hours before the big day!" The video went viral on social media, with fans gushing over Ahaan Panday. While one comment on the post read, 'So happy for youu, Ahaan!! Meanwhile, yesterday, Alanna shared an emotional note for Ahaan amid Saiyaara success. 'Everyone's #Saiyaara We love you, @ahaanpandayy. Watching you on the big screen in your very first film was overwhelming. The world saw a star in the making but all I could see was my little brother. Here's to your journey, Ahaan! We're right beside you, every step of the way," she wrote.
Saiyaara, starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda, released on 18th July, 2025. Directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Yash Raj Films, Saiyaara revolves around Krish Kapoor, an aspiring singer, and Vaani Batra, a budding journalist. As their love blossoms, they find themselves up against numerous odds. Set to a soundtrack that's already winning hearts, the film blends romance, ambition, and emotional drama.
