Manastu Space raises $3 million in round led by Capital-A

Remove Ads Mumbai-based spacetech startup Manastu Space has raised $3 million in a round led by a venture capital (VC) firm, Capital-A . Existing investors such as Capital 2B , Indian Angel Network (IAN), E2MC, the Bhagnani Family Office, and Jeet Chandan, among others, also participated in the company plans to use the fresh funding to enable commercial deployment of its green propulsion and debris-avoidance solutions. Manastu Space test-fired its green propulsion system VYOM 2U onboard PSLV C-60 in space in December last year. The green propulsion system used by the company is a non-toxic alternative to chemical and electric propulsion systems.'This funding is mainly geared towards completing and reaching Technology Readiness Level 9 (TRL-9) from TRL-8. The spacetech startup ecosystem this year reported multiple fundings, including the recent funding of Xovian Aerospace, which raised $2.5 million in a round led by Piper Serica and Turbostart.'Their successful in-orbit demonstration gives them a clear advantage, and the timing is right as demand grows for sustainable and efficient space systems. IAN alert in Kentucky triggers panic after missing 5-year-old child found dead. What it means?
An IAN alert was issued in Kentucky in US on Tuesday for a missing 5-year-old boy who was found dead. A new alert designed to help save the lives of children with autism is now in effect in Kentucky, which is called IAN alert. The boy, Silas, walked away from his home around 8 a.m., according to Kentucky State Police , and since he has autism, the specific IAN Alert was issued. Just a couple of hours after the child was reported missing, KSP said he had been found dead. In an official statement around 9:20 a.m., KSP confirmed that Silas Chearer, 5, of Cub Run was found deceased. Live Events An IAN Alert was issued by Kentucky State Police about 9:35 a.m. on Tuesday that said a juvenile was reported missing in Cub Run, Kentucky. The alert said the missing juvenile may be endangered or in need of assistance. The IAN Alert was named for Ian Sousis, a northern Kentucky boy with autism that escaped a children's home. He was found after he drown in the Ohio River. The IAN Alert is issued for missing children under 18 with intellectual disability or mental illness. The Ashanti Alert was named for Billie Ashanti, a Virginia woman who was abducted from her workplace and found dead 11 days later in North Carolina. The Ashanti Alert is issued for people who are 18-years-old or older and there is reason to believe their disappearance was involuntary. Around 9:08 a.m. Tuesday, an additional alert stating Silas had been located was issued. KSP later clarified in a news release that he was found deceased. 'KSP grieves with this family and the community,' the release said. The agency said they are unable to provide any additional information at this time.
