Elizaveta works at art galleries in Paris after graduating from the ICART School of Cultural and Art Management in June 2024. She works under the name Elizaveta Rudnova. She is employed by two galleries – L Galerie in Belleville and Espace Albatros in Montreuil – both of which are known to curate anti-war and dissident art. While she has attracted her fair share of criticism for being connected to the Kremlin, there have also been those who have defended her. There has been much speculation around Elizaveta's parentage and this only increased after her mother Svetlana amassed a substantial amount of wealth following her birth. According to reports, Svetlana became a shareholder in Bank Rossiya and, by 2020, her net worth was estimated to be around $100 million – a possible result of being the recipient of hush money. The New York Post reported that Elizaveta's identity as Putin's daughter was revealed after an investigation by Russian media outlet Proekt in 2020, which cited her 'phenomenal resemblance" to him. While there is no name on her birth certificate, it does, however, mention 'Vladimirovna" that translates to 'daughter of Vladimir", it said. Besides, in 2021, late journalist and Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny had revealed her Instagram account. It depicted her lavish lifestyle and family's enormous wealth, but soon after the Russian military launched its military operation against Ukraine in 2022, her Instagram was suddenly deleted.
