Anthony Joshua involved in VERY awkward interview after being asked about undisputed heavyweight clash between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois

Anthony Joshua struggled to keep his cool in a recent interview after being asked about the upcoming heavyweight clash between Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois. Joshua has shared the ring with both men, losing twice on points to Usyk before being knocked out by Dubois at Wembley Stadium last September. Dubois will return to Wembley on July 19 when he attempts to gain revenge for his 2023 defeat by Usyk and become undisputed heavyweight champion of the world. The fight has captured the public's imagination, and Joshua was asked for his thoughts on the contest, but was in no mood to answer. Speaking to iFL TV, Joshua said: 'I've got a few thoughts on it but I feel like I don't want to talk on it too much because it's not my fight, it's their fight. I don't want to promote their fight. I don't want to talk about it. I'll be honest with you, I don't want to talk about it.' The interviewer, Kugan Cassius, appeared a little taken aback by Joshua's response as he pushed the former two-time heavyweight champion on why he was so reluctant to speak about the fight. I love it when Big Femi comes out and the media training falls to the side. I wonder if we will ever know what happened when the camera went off. Credit to @IFLTV for delivering this moment. It's been ages. — Highfield Boxing 🐲 (@highfieldboxing) May 6, 2025 Joshua was unable to hide his frustration with the line of questioning, firing back: 'Why you asking me for? Turn the camera off and ask me about it. 'You're asking me about it in front of the bright lights and put it out in front of the media to promote your channel and their fight. I'm not doing it.' Cassius tried to laugh off the awkward moment, reminding Joshua that the bout will be broadcast on DAZN, the same platform that he fights on. But Joshua still didn't seem happy to elaborate on how the fight would play out. 'It's not my interest,' he added. 'But it will be a good fight and good luck to both of them.' Joshua was more open when discussing his future with Mail Sport over the weekend when he attended Canelo Alvarez's fight with William Scull in Saudi Arabia. The 35-year-old hinted that he is still keen to finally settle the score with Tyson Fury later this year after the Gypsy King teased a retirement U-turn last week. However, Joshua revealed in a separate interview that he is set to undergo elbow surgery this month, which will delay his return to the ring. He has not fought since losing to Dubois eight months ago, and now looks unlikely to make his comeback until the latter stages of 2025.

Mike Tyson gives hilarious response to viral 100 men vs one gorilla question - as boxing legend reveals his bizarre strategy for taking down primate

Mike Tyson has waded into the viral silverback gorilla debate, claiming the animal would get 'f**cked up' if it had to fight 100 versions of the former world heavyweight champion. There's been plenty of social media chatter recently on what it would take to beat a gorilla in hand-to-hand combat. The debate has focused on the prospects of 100 fighters vs a lone silverback. Some social media users have gone as far as to post AI videos detailing fights between a gorilla and 100 men. Speaking to IFLTV boxing, the boxer was asked if 100 Mike Tysons would stand a chance against a full-size gorilla. 'The gorilla's gonna get f**ked up,' claimed Tyson. View this post on Instagram A post shared by IFL TV Boxing (@ifltvboxing) Mike Tyson revealed his bizarre strategy if 100 versions of the former boxer fought a gorilla 'Because you have to think, no serious. '100 of us right, 20 at a time rushing him, biting him, get that motherf**ker, he's not gonna do well. 'We're gonna stomp his teeth out of his mouth, kick him in the b**ls, grab his d**k, he's not going to do it. 'I don't know what to tell you what we'd do to that gorilla. '100 of me? Get out of here!' Tyson's prediction may well have been tested decades ago when he unsuccessfully tried to take on a Gorilla in New York City. During his boxing prime, Tyson tried to bribe a worker at the Bronx Zoo to let him into the cage and take a swing at a silverback. 'When we got to the gorilla cage there was one big silverback gorilla there just bullying all the other gorillas,' Tyson told The Sun in 2020. 'They were so powerful but their eyes were like an innocent infant 'I offered the attendant $10,000 to open the cage and let me smash that silverback's snotbox! 'He declined…' Tyson lasts boxed for real in November, taking on YouTuber Jake Paul. In only his second fight since 2005, Tyson, much older than Paul at 58, lasted the full eight rounds but lost in a unanimous decision to his younger opponent.
