CAT 2025: IIM-Kozhikode asks MBA aspirants to use official website, warns against fraudulent portals
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode will be conducting the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025. Prof PN Ram Kumar of IIM Kozhikode is the Convener for CAT 2025. The official website of CAT 2025 is CAT 2025 will be conducted in approximately 170 cities on November 30 in three sessions. The duration of the test will be 120 minutes. While the registration for CAT 2025 will begin on August 1 (10 am), the CAT application window will close on September 13 (5 pm).
The convener of CAT 2025 has advised MBA aspirants to complete their registration well in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. Candidates will be allowed to edit their application form after the registration window closes. Aspirants are also reminded that all information provided on the official CAT website is subject to change based on directives from the Central and State governments, as well as the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs). Therefore, candidates are strongly encouraged to visit the official CAT website regularly for the latest updates.
The convenor of CAT 2025 has urged MBA aspirants to use only the official website — — for all application-related activities. This is the sole authorised portal for the exam and has been consistently publicised across official channels, including leading national newspapers, the CAT convenor said.
Aspirants are advised to carefully verify the website URL before entering any information and to avoid unsecured or suspicious platforms that may attempt to collect personal data or payments.
In case of any fraudulent websites or suspicious activity, candidates are encouraged to report the matter immediately to the CAT help desk at cat2025_helpdesk@ The convenor emphasised that such vigilance is essential to ensure the security and integrity of the CAT process.
For this year, the CAT 2025 registration fee has been set at Rs 1,300 for candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories, while all other applicants will need to pay Rs 2,600.
