IMCD receives upgraded ESG ratings from ISS ESG and Sustainalytics
Improvements reflect continued progress on emissions, transparency and ESG risk management. Rotterdam, The Netherlands (13 August 2025) – IMCD N.V. ('IMCD' or 'Company'), a global leading partner for the distribution and formulation of speciality chemicals and ingredients, has received improved ratings from two leading rating agencies: ISS ESG and Sustainalytics. These upgrades reflect the company's ongoing progress across key environmental, social and governance (ESG) areas. The recognition follows IMCD's EcoVadis Platinum medal earlier this year, placing the company in the top 1% of all organisations assessed worldwide for sustainability performance. ISS ESG rating upgraded to B- IMCD's ESG Corporate Rating from ISS ESG has been raised to B- (from C+), positioning the company above the industry average. The rating reflects strong performance in managing ESG-related risks and opportunities, transparency in public disclosures and the implementation of responsible business practices. ISS ESG scores range from A+ (excellent performance) to D (very poor). Sustainalytics risk score lowered to 11.6 Sustainalytics has reduced IMCD's ESG Risk Rating from 12.6 to 11.6. This maintains IMCD's status in the 'low risk' category. Sustainalytics cited strong management of material ESG issues and a best-practice approach to disclosure, supporting long-term accountability to investors and stakeholders. Sustainalytics scores range from 0-100: the lower the score, the better the performance. IMCD reports EBITA of EUR 275 million in the first half of 2025

IMCD appoints Andreas Igerl to lead EMEA region and global Industrial Business Groups, and Narendra Varde to lead APAC region
Rotterdam, The Netherlands (16 July 2025) – IMCD N.V. ("IMCD" or "Company"), a global leading partner for the distribution and formulation of speciality chemicals and ingredients, announces the appointment of Andreas Igerl as Regional President Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) as of 1 September 2025, and as Leader of the global Industrial Business Groups, with effect progressively over the course of 2025. Narendra Varde is appointed as Regional President Asia-Pacific (APAC), succeeding Andreas Igerl, effective 1 September 2025. Andreas Igerl to drive execution and focus across EMEA and global Industrial Business Groups Andreas Igerl is currently Regional President APAC and a member of the IMCD Executive Committee. Under his leadership, APAC has seen strong performance, successful execution of strategic initiatives, and greater cross-team integration. As Regional President EMEA, he will take on the responsibility to accelerate growth in EMEA and further strengthening regional coordination and the rollout of best practices, digital tools, and commercial and operational excellence programmes. The new EMEA leadership is being established to support IMCD's growth and simplify execution across more than 30 countries in the region. In parallel, IMCD's global Industrial Business Groups' Directors will progressively come under the leadership of Andreas throughout 2025 to further support stronger strategic alignment, allow faster implementation of shared priorities and increase cross-fertilisation between markets. He brings valuable experience and leadership to his new role and will continue driving growth and execution across the APAC region. IMCD awarded EcoVadis Platinum medal

This recognition places IMCD in the top 1% of companies globally assessed by EcoVadis for sustainability in the last 12 months. IMCD achieved an overall score of 84 points. EcoVadis is a globally recognised provider of business sustainability ratings, evaluating companies' ESG practices and performance in four areas: environment, labour & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The EcoVadis methodology is aligned with leading sustainability standards and frameworks, including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and ISO. Notable performance highlights from this year's assessment include: Sustainable procurement - Structured supplier screening and auditing practices, supported by IMCD's Together for Sustainability (TfS) membership, were positively evaluated by EcoVadis.
