Adobe Launches AI Agents for Photo and Video Editing
Follow-up - INA
Adobe announced today, Friday, April 11, 2025, the launch of a new generation of AI agents within its popular Photoshop and Premiere Pro programs. This step aims to speed up and facilitate the process of editing photos and videos for users of all levels.
The company said in an official statement that these new tools, described as "creative agents," rely on generative AI technologies and provide intelligent, personalized suggestions for making complex adjustments with a single click, such as removing unwanted elements, adjusting image depth, and improving lighting.
In the Premiere Pro application, Adobe indicated the expansion of the "media intelligence" feature to include advanced editing tasks such as clipping and categorizing footage, adjusting color, and processing audio automatically, which contributes to reducing processing time and enhancing the quality of the final production.
Adobe emphasized that its goal with this feature is not to replace editors or designers, but rather to support them with assistive technologies that increase efficiency and save time, considering it "a step toward a more flexible creative future."
Adobe is scheduled to officially unveil the first "intelligent agent" for Photoshop at the Adobe Max event, which will be held in London on April 24.
