The 24th edition of the Dubai World Dermatology and Laser Conference and Exhibition (Dubai Derma 2025) opened today at the Dubai World Trade Centre, drawing over 25,000 professionals from 114 countries for three days of intensive knowledge-sharing and innovation. Inaugurated by Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority, the event features the latest advancements in dermatology, laser treatments, and aesthetic medicine. Al Ketbi, accompanied by senior officials, toured the exhibition, engaging with global leaders and reviewing cutting-edge technologies transforming the field. Dr. Abdulsalam AlMadani, Chairman of Dubai Derma, highlighted the event's growing prominence as the region's largest dermatology gathering. 'Dubai Derma is a premier platform that not only showcases pioneering innovations but also brings together thought leaders shaping the future of skin health,' he stated. This year's conference hosts 170 scientific sessions and 502 specialised lectures covering emerging trends in therapeutic and cosmetic dermatology. Key topics include the use of artificial intelligence in dermatology, treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, and tackling region-specific conditions like cutaneous leishmaniasis. Additionally, 30 scientific posters are being presented, underscoring significant research milestones. The accompanying exhibition features over 1,875 international brands, represented by more than 500 companies, including national pavilions from South Korea, France, China, Turkey, and Italy.
