Try saving natural teeth at allcost, says top dental expert
Nagpur: "Your natural teeth are priceless, preserve them as long as possible," said Dr HS Grover, national president of Indian Society of Periodontology (ISP), at Integrate 2025 — a two-day national-level conference held at Ranjeet Deshmukh Dental College and Research Centre in Nagpur this weekend.

Addressing over 200 dental students, practitioners, and senior specialists from Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and other states, Dr Grover said, "While dental implants revolutionised treatments, the first and foremost priority of every dentist should be to help patients retain natural teeth.
No artificial substitute can match the function and feel of your own dentition,". He stressed the need for meticulous planning and execution while using implants.
