ScienceLogic® Achieves FedRAMP® Moderate Authorization, Accelerating Public Sector AIOps Adoption and Digital Transformation

Authorization enables the ScienceLogic Government Cloud to deliver secure observability and AIOps capabilities that drive efficiencies and strengthen federal IT service management RESTON, Va., May 28, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ScienceLogic®, a leader in intelligent automation and observability, today announced that it has achieved Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) Moderate authorization for the ScienceLogic Government Cloud. A federal initiative intended to streamline and advance the U.S. government's adoption of cloud technologies, FedRAMP evaluates cloud-based products and services against a standardized framework developed to validate each tool's security and risk controls. Following a rigorous security assessment by a third-party assessment organization (3PAO) and completion of additional FedRAMP requirements, the ScienceLogic Government Cloud is now optimally positioned to support federal, state, and local agencies in their digital transformation efforts. Built on the SL1 platform, it delivers a powerful foundation of observability and data management—critical for modernizing IT operations and supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) practices. The platform enables agencies to drive significant operational efficiencies by eliminating manual IT processes, automating incident remediation, and expediting asset discovery across complex infrastructures. These capabilities directly support government-wide efficiency mandates, with ScienceLogic customers reporting up to 20% reduction in IT staffing requirements while simultaneously decreasing system downtime by as much as 30%. Agencies can effectively manage Tier-1 and Tier-2 operational workflows with reduced staffing, benefit from automated CMDB enrichment for accurate configuration management, and enhance mission resilience through predictive analytics. By offering real-time, unified visibility across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, the platform empowers agencies to proactively monitor the health of systems and ensure the reliability of the critical services their constituents depend on. This comprehensive visibility also strengthens agencies' cyber resilience posture, complementing Zero Trust architecture initiatives and supporting compliance with Executive Order 14028 and CISA directives. Business service views further enhance situational awareness, helping IT teams maintain continuity across increasingly complex infrastructures. "Achieving FedRAMP authorization marks a pivotal milestone in our mission to support government agencies in their digital transformation journeys. This designation not only affirms the security and reliability of the ScienceLogic Government Cloud platform but paves the way for broader adoption of advanced AIOps capabilities across the public sector," said Dave Link, CEO of ScienceLogic. "By aligning with FedRAMP's rigorous standards, we can more rapidly enable agencies to modernize IT operations, gain real-time visibility, and harness automation at scale— accelerating innovation and improving outcomes government-wide." "ScienceLogic is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and compliance for the ScienceLogic Government Cloud, exemplified by our new FedRAMP authorization and existing listings on the Department of Defense Information Networks (DoDIN) Approved Products List (APL), ISO 27001, and other certifications," said Lee Koepping, chief technologist for the public sector at ScienceLogic. "With our proven commitment to security, we're pleased to enable agencies to gain the critical IT observability and efficiencies that they need to enhance their operations while withstanding the evolving cyber threat landscape." The ScienceLogic Government Cloud delivers the full power of SL1 and PowerFlow, enabling seamless integrations between the platform and a wide range of third-party applications. These include ITSM and incident response tools such as ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira, Salesforce Service Desk, Cherwell, Everbridge xMatters, and PagerDuty, as well as collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Webex. ScienceLogic's listing in the FedRAMP Marketplace underscores its commitment to delivering secure, scalable solutions to government agencies. Rewiring enterprise IT for simpler, smarter, and more flexible operations

By Greg Strydom, Managing Director at Think Tank Software When I'm asked why more Chief Information Officers are turning to Ivanti, I usually start with the numbers: 80% faster ticket resolution through automation 30–40% lower software licence costs via tool consolidation 94% patch compliance in under 10 days 480+ IT staff hours saved per month These aren't just metrics. These reflect a broader shift in enterprise IT: the urgent need for simplification. Enterprises today are overwhelmed. The average organisation now manages between 45 and 75 separate IT tools. According to Ivanti's Tech at Work 2024 report, 71% of IT and security teams say their tech stack is too complex. This is not just eating into budgets; it's damaging agility, security, and the overall employee experience. Ivanti is the reset button. At Think Tank Software Solutions, we've seen firsthand how Ivanti helps enterprises in South Africa simplify their digital environments by merging IT Service Management (ITSM), Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), cybersecurity, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX) into one intelligent, integrated platform. One Platform. Multiple Wins. A recent IDC study revealed that legacy tools consume 70% of IT budgets.³ Ivanti addresses this by consolidating fragmented systems into a single pane of glass, improving visibility, reducing costs, and streamlining support. In one engagement, a client replaced 15 overlapping tools, cut licence fees by 35%, and improved service levels within six months. Built for Flexible Work Ivanti's 2024 report shows that 1 in 3 employees believe their company isn't adequately prepared for remote work. That's a sentiment we've encountered across multiple industries and helped resolve. Through Ivanti, we've enabled: Onboarding times reduced from 90 minutes to under 10 Incident response times cut by 62% Secure, scalable onboarding for remote teams Security That Doesn't Burn Out Your Team 74% of IT leaders now feel more vulnerable than ever before.⁴ Ivanti's self-healing capabilities and automated patch management dramatically reduce risk—without overwhelming your internal teams. In a financial services deployment we led: Security risk exposure dropped by 70% Silent IT failures were identified and resolved automatically, before users raised a single ticket Why Think Tank Software Solutions? ICT Governance Committee Reviews Digital Transformation Projects Worth 3 Million Bahraini Dinars

TDT | Manama The Information and Communication Technology Governance Committee (ICTGC), chaired by Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) Chief Executive Mohammed Ali Al Qaed, convened its 76th meeting virtually to evaluate a series of digital transformation projects and procurement proposals submitted by government entities. The total estimated value of the reviewed projects is approximately 3 million Bahraini dinars. Opening the meeting, Mr. Al Qaed welcomed the committee members and extended his appreciation for their continued efforts and dedication to advancing Bahrain's digital infrastructure. The session focused on a wide range of strategic topics and project proposals aimed at enhancing government service efficiency and technological capabilities. One of the major initiatives discussed was the Comprehensive Modernization of Telephone Communication Systems in Government Hospitals. The project involves transitioning to Internet Protocol (IP)-based communication using cloud services. This shift is expected to significantly reduce administrative overhead and operational costs while enhancing scalability and responsiveness in the health sector's communication infrastructure. Other reviewed initiatives included: The Examination Monitoring and Control System at the University of Bahrain, aimed at ensuring the integrity and efficiency of academic assessments. The IT Service Management System at the iGA, supporting streamlined operations across governmental IT departments. The Tax Data Analysis Platform at the National Revenue Authority, which will bolster data-driven decision-making and compliance monitoring. The committee also examined a draft of the updated Open Data Policy, reinforcing Bahrain's commitment to transparency and public engagement. The proposed updates emphasize the release of datasets in open, machine-readable, and non-proprietary formats to encourage data reuse. Enhancements to metadata standards and a formal mechanism for public feedback were also discussed. The policy revisions aim to align Bahrain with international best practices, including compliance with the Open Data Inventory (ODIN) and the United Nations eGovernment Development Index (EGDI). These measures support the Kingdom's vision of fostering innovation, public trust, and sustainable development through open governance. Toward the conclusion of the meeting, the committee reviewed the implementation progress of decisions from previous sessions and followed up on ongoing projects.
