25 Mar 2025 11:50 ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD) AD Ports Group on Tuesday announced a strategic partnership agreement signed between its digital arm, Maqta Technologies Group, and the Indra Group to explore opportunities for jointly offering digitalisation services and solutions for ports, logistics, and trade across Europe, the Middle East, and agreement outlines that Maqta Technologies Group and Indra Group will collaborate and leverage their technical expertise to develop solutions for smart ports and trade digitalisation. Spain's Indra to assist Iraq in border security

Baghdad ( – The Iraqi Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani, stressed Friday the value of deepening collaboration with Spain-based Indra Group, a major international military, air traffic, and space firm, as well as a pioneer in information technology and digital transformation. Al-Sudani's remarks took place during his meeting with Angel Escribano, the Executive Chairman of Indra Group, and his accompanying delegation in Germany, on the sidelines of their participation in the 61st Munich Security Conference (MSC), according to a statement released by the Prime Minister's Office (PMO). With a focus on ongoing negotiations with Iraq's Ministry of Interior on the supply of border security control and surveillance systems, Indra representatives offered an overview on the company's activities and current contracts in Iraq.
