The brand already confirmed that the smartphone will make its international debut in July, but didn't reveal the date. The specifications of the Infinix Hot 60 Pro+'s global version will be the same as the Nigerian model, meaning you'll get a Helio G200 SoC, a 6.78" 144Hz 1,224p curved AMOLED display, and a 5,160 mAh battery with 45W charging support. The smartphone runs Android 15-based XOS 15.1 out of the box and has 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage onboard. Ice Universe: the Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ is lighter than and almost as thin as the Galaxy S25 Edge

Thin is in? The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge launched with a slender frame that measures just 5.8mm thick – and soon it will have competition. No, we're not talking about the iPhone 17 Air, but instead about the Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ – Ice Universe has a unit on hand and posted this comparison video with the S25 Edge. The Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ is a sub-6mm phone – it should be 5.95mm, though the calipers used in the video only show one decimal point. That's 0.2mm or so (depending on the exact dimensions) more than the S25 Edge. Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ measured against the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Next up, both phones went on the scales and the Infinix phone is actually lighter – 154.6g vs. 163.8g for the Galaxy. That's pretty impressive work by the Infinix team, but it does beg the question – what kind of battery is inside the Hot 60 Pro+? Unfortunately, The Cat has made no mention of capacity so far. Samsung only managed to fit 3,900mAh in the Galaxy S25 Edge frame, so it's not a high bar to clear. The Infinix Hot 50 Pro+ was 6.8mm thick, weighed 162g and packed a 5,000mAh battery. Of course, that model is from last year and these days high density Si/C batteries are much more common. We'll have to wait and see – which might be a while, since Infinix still hasn't officially confirmed the existence of the Hot 60 Pro+, never mind having set an announcement date. Hey, guys!I have the Infinix HOT 60 Pro+ and the SAMSUNG S25 Edge. Now I might be the only person on the earth who both have the thinnest flat screen phone and the thinnest curved screen phone. Compared to each other, the thickness of S25 Edge is only 0.2mm less than that one,… — ICE CAT (@UniverseIce) May 27, 2025 Source Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge

Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ is coming soon with a profile under 6 mm

Infinix was among the first to jump on the thin phone bandwagon, launching the Hot 50 Pro+ with a 6.8mm profile. Now, the company is planning to go even further and will launch the successor Hot 60 Pro+ with a body that is under 6 mm thick, and should become the "thinnest curved screen phone." The information comes from Ice Universe, who posted hands-on images of the phone, which is already into production with a 5.95 mm thin body. Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ The phone is even sized up against a regular iPhone, even if the Hot series is nowhere near the same price range. We can also see the triple camera setup on the back, where the lenses will protrude, but nothing extraordinary. Infinix Hot 60 Pro+ vs Apple iPhone 15 Samsung already crossed the threshold of sub-6 mm phones with the 5.8 mm Galaxy S25 Edge, and Infinix is only one of the companies, following suit; Apple is expected to launch iPhone 17 Air with a 5.5 mm body. We still have to wait and see whether the market demands thin phones or users will prefer to choose thicker devices with greater battery capacity. Source
