Nashville fans flock to Bonnaroo weekend
Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival kicked off another year down the road in Manchester, Tennessee, yesterday with performances from Music Row mainstay Luke Combs and the hip-hop duo Insane Clown Posse. What's next: Other performers still to come this weekend include Olivia Rodrigo, Vampire Weekend and Avril Lavigne. Juggalos Brawl With GCW Wrestlers During Violent J Performance
Photo Credit: Sean Ross Sapp via Twitter This weekend's GCW live event gave fans much more than they expected. GCW was in St. Louis this weekend to present its 'Amerika's Most Wanted' live event. In addition to GCW action in the ring, the event also advertised a live musical performance from Violent J of the Insane Clown Posse. Advertisement During his performance, some JCW (Juggalo Championship Wrestling) talent and GCW wrestlers ended up brawling on the stage. Violent J has worked with GCW before, including a cameo on commentary for GCW's Bad Trip live event. This brawl looks like it could also be the start of a storyline feud between GCW and JCW, something Violent J has said he'd be open to in the past. The Insane Clown Posse launched JCW in 1999, and the wrestling promotion has run full-time since 2011. Violent J spoke with WrestleZone's Bill Pritchard about his future hopes for JCW and said he 'admires the f*** out of GCW.' He said his goal is to get JCW on a similar level one day. If I could get my company anywhere, I would like to be where they are to where they put a show on. People know what to expect before they even announce any talent.' 'They know what to expect from GCW. They know you're going to get a level of entertainment guaranteed from a GCW show. I want JCW to have a similar reputation. But we're not very big into deathmatches anymore. I personally only like to see deathmatch stuff in like blow-offs and things like that.'
