Rabat – Youssef En-Nesyri has found himself in the spotlight again, this time for delivering one of his finest seasons and setting new records.
The Moroccan striker ranks second among the world's top scorers in 2025, according to the International Federation of Football History & Statistics (IFFHS).
With 16 goals by February 28, he stands ahead of renowned names like Kylian Mbappé, Robert Lewandowski, and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ousmane Dembélé of Paris Saint-Germain leads the ranking with 17 goals, while Marcos Leonardo of Al Hilal follows En-Nesyri with 15.
Mbappé holds fourth place with 14 goals, Lewandowski sits in 13th with 10, and Ronaldo appears further down in 24th with nine.
En-Nesyri has become an essential player under José Mourinho at Fenerbahçe, proving his worth after facing criticism from Turkish media and supporters.
He now boasts 26 goals and five assists across all competitions.
Several top clubs, including Arsenal, have set their sights on Youssef En-Nesyri as his performances continue to make headlines. With each goal, the Moroccan striker's name gains more weight in the football world, attracting growing interest from elite teams.
