TALLAPOOSA, Ga. - A 63-year-old Haralson County man has been arrested on multiple felony charges related to the sexual exploitation of children, following an investigation that began with a cybertip from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. What we know Bradley Curtis Kingsley of Tallapoosa was taken into custody Tuesday after investigators with the Haralson County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at his residence. Authorities say the arrest stems from a case that began in May, when investigators received a tip from the GBI's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) system. The tip included multiple videos of prepubescent children engaged in sexual acts that had been uploaded to a Verizon account. Investigators specializing in Crimes Against Children and ICAC cases identified the account holder, confirmed his location, and matched the content to an IP address associated with an upload. Warrants to search Kingsley's home were then obtained and executed with the assistance from the Murray County Sheriff's Office, including K-9 Maxim—an electronic storage detection dog—and his handler. During the search, investigators found a laptop with active child sexual abuse material playing on the screen. After several hours of collecting evidence, K-9 Maxim located nine additional hidden electronic storage devices inside the residence. What's next Kingsley has been charged with multiple counts of felony sexual exploitation of children. What they're saying "One of my biggest priorities when I took office was to protect kids," Sheriff Stacy Williams said. "These cases are difficult for everyone involved. I am proud of the work that Investigator Wilson has done as she continues this important work. We remain dedicated to helping and protecting all children." Omro alderman charged in federal court with distributing child pornography
An Omro alderman was charged in federal court May 1 with distribution of child pornography. Jason Reeves, 43, of Omro, is accused of uploading a video depicting child pornography through the messaging application Kik, according to court records. Reeves resigned from the city council following his arrest. Omro Mayor Steve Jungwirth said Reeves sent a letter of resignation to the Omro City Council, which was approved by the council May 6. Jungwirth declined to comment further. As of May 7, the City of Omro's website does not include Reeve's information and lists one council position as vacant. Reeves was held in Brown County Jail until May 7, when he was released on home detention, records indicate. If convicted, Reeves faces a mandatory minimum of five years in federal prison. The following information is from a criminal complaint: In December 2024, an analyst from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Internet Crimes Against Children taskforce contacted the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office regarding a CyberTip received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children from the messaging application Kik. Kik reported that a video of child pornography had been uploaded and shared in a private message between two users on October 16, 2024. The investigation tied the IP address that uploaded the video to Reeves, at a home on the 100 block of East Ontario Street in Omro. On May 1, investigators from the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office and an FBI agent executed a search warrant at the home. When they made contact with Reeves, investigators informed him they were serving a search warrant for child pornography. An investigator asked Reeves if he knew some information about that, and Reeves replied "probably." Reeves was the only family member home at the time. He said he did not want to answer questiosn until he spoke with an attorney. During their search of the home, investigators found a computer that had a folder on the desktop which drew their attention. They also located a notebook containing several usernames and passwords, including for the same email address associated with the Kik Cybertip. Investigators took the computer, multiple cell phones, tablets, laptops, computer towers, thumb drives and SD cards to the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office for extraction. Elkhart man charged with 12 child porn crimes
ELKHART — An Elkhart man faces a dozen felonies related to child pornography after police received an online tip. Daniel Parker, 50, is charged with 11 counts of possessing child pornography and a count of child exploitation, all Level 5 felonies. He was arrested after Elkhart police investigated a tip from an internet file sharing service in April. Parker was booked in the Elkhart County Correctional Facility on $85,000 bond. According to court documents: The Elkhart Police Department received a tip through the Internet Crimes Against Children referral system on April 28, which originally came from the file-sharing website Dropbox. A user with the screen name 'D Parker' used the website to acquire an image that was identified as sexual exploitation involving a child, according to police. After viewing the image and confirming that it appeared to be child pornography, police obtained a search warrant for the Dropbox account which netted approximately 136 images. At least 20 of the images and videos that were reviewed involved child porn, police say. Some involved children who appeared to be under age 12. The search warrant also produced information that was related to Parker, including email addresses and a home address in Elkhart, according to police. They obtained a warrant to search his residence on May 11, where they seized electronic devices including a laptop computer and two cellphones. A third warrant was obtained to search the devices. Police say they found at least 20 videos and images depicting children engaged in sexual activity on one device, which were sent from the devices to other people. The device had also received child porn images, and at least 10 conversations were found in which Parker asked to be sent explicit material, according to police. In one conversation he allegedly said he 'prefers 12' but would 'look at younger.' The other phone contained more than 150 videos of mostly child porn saved to the user's Google Images, according to police. Investigators described certain videos involving a juvenile girl and an adult male as 'particularly heinous.' Parker was interviewed by police and allegedly admitted that he had sent and received child porn images, but said he 'had plans to report them.'

A hard drive was seized and officers found 15 videos of sexual abuse depicting many children aged at least a month old to 7 years old.
