NFL teams will again stencil messages in the end zone, including 'End Racism' and 'Choose Love'

The NFL is continuing its on-field social justice messaging for a sixth straight season. All 32 teams will feature an end zone message of their choice at each home game throughout the season, selecting from four options: 'End Racism,' 'Stop Hate,' 'Choose Love,' or 'Inspire Change.' Once again, 'It Takes All of Us' will be stenciled in the opposite end zone for all games. The only change from 2024 is that 'Inspire Change' replaces 'Vote.' These messages will complement the league's other cause campaigns such as Salute to Service and Crucial Catch, which will also appear in end zones during select weeks this season. 'We're working hand-in-hand with players, and alongside our clubs, to amplify player voices and underscore what is most important to them,' Anna Isaacson, the NFL's senior vice president of social responsibility, told The Associated Press. 'For decades, the NFL and its players have been a unifying force in American culture and society that brings people of all cultures and backgrounds together to enjoy America's most popular sport. 'This is an honor and responsibility that the league takes seriously, which is why we actively invest in off-field programs and on-field initiatives that promote unity.' The league will use 'End Racism' along with 'It Takes All of Us' in the back of end zones for all international games for the second straight season. The reigning Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles will feature 'Choose Love' for their season opener against the Dallas Cowboys that kicks off the NFL schedule on Sept. 4. They will rotate all four league-approved end zone messages throughout the season. 'Choose Love' was first introduced in 2022 and has been embraced by the Bills following a shooting that killed 10 people at a Buffalo supermarket. 'Choose Love continues to resonate across the league,' Isaacson said. 'It has become a unifying message of healing and hope, one that many players continue to wear voluntarily on helmet decals.' Players will again have the option to display one of the five messages on their helmets this season. Since 2017, the NFL has provided more than $460 million to dozens of grant partners and hundreds of grassroots organizations through its Inspire Change initiative, helping benefit communities in need. Inspire Change has supported more than 650 nonprofits and 2,100 players and alumni, matching grants focused on mentorship, workforce development, and food insecurity.

Scotiabank Reaffirms Buy on Mosaic (MOS) Despite Sector Headwinds

The Mosaic Company (NYSE:MOS) is one of the 20 undervalued momentum stocks that are taking off. While Scotiabank has become more cautious on fertilizer stocks overall, Mosaic Co. (MOS) continues to stand out as an exception. Analyst Ben Isaacson reiterated a Buy rating on the stock, raising the price target to $42 from $34 in May and reaffirmed it again in early June. Notably, Mosaic remains the only Buy-rated name in Scotiabank's global fertilizer coverage. This supportive view comes despite the analyst's broader recommendation to reduce exposure to the fertilizer sector. According to Isaacson, a combination of subdued grower sentiment, softening NPK (nitrogen, phosphate, potassium) fertilizer prices, and shifting investor sentiment has led to a more conservative outlook on the group. A rustic farm field with a tractor spreading nitrogen-based fertilizer in the background. In line with the changing industry dynamics, Mosaic revised its second-quarter and 2025 outlook on June 6. While the company guided phosphate prices to rise modestly in the second quarter, full-year production volume is now expected to be 7.0-7.3 million tonnes, down from the earlier expected range of 7.2-7.6 million tonnes. On the Potash side, both prices and volumes are expected to remain stable in the second quarter and full year. Full-year production volumes guidance was kept unchanged at 9.0-9.4 million tonnes. The Mosaic Company (NYSE:MOS) is one of the world's leading producers and marketers of concentrated phosphate and potash crop nutrients. While we acknowledge the potential of MOS as an investment, we believe certain AI stocks offer greater upside potential and carry less downside risk. Twin Cities housing nonprofit paid $5.41 million for Rochester town homes

May 30—ROCHESTER — A St. Paul-based nonprofit developer with a focus on affordable housing recently paid $5.41 million for a northwest Rochester townhomes complex as its first investment in the Med City. The Twin Cities Housing Development Corp., under the name of Innsbruck, LLLP, purchased the aging 40-unit Innsbruck complex at 1530 50th St. NW on May 27, Twin Cities Housing Development has built or renovated over 2,940 units of housing in the Twin Cities in the past 41 years. While the Twin Cities is its primary focus, it does consider any communities within two hours in its geographic range. It did acquire and upgrade a 48-townhome complex in Owatonna last year. This is the nonprofit's first foray into Rochester. "We love the Rochester market. There's just so much energy there," said Ken Isaacson, Twin Cities Housing's Development Manager. Isaacson explained that the plan is to make improvements to Innsbruck, while keeping it as low-income affordable housing with the help of Low Income Housing Tax Credits and other means. Innsbruck is fully occupied. "The site itself is in good shape, but it needs some TLC," he said. Nath & Associates of Bloomington, Minn. sold the 43-year-old property. Nath, which also owns The Quarters in Rochester, had owned Innsbruck since 2015, when it paid $2.85 million to buy it. Olmsted County estimated the total market value of the Innsbruck complex at $4.61 million for 2025-2026.

Tesla and xAI merger possible, predicts Musk biographer Isaacson

– Walter Isaacson, biographer of Elon Musk, suggested in an interview on CNBC that a merger between Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) and xAI, Musk's privately held combination of his artificial intelligence startup xAI and social media platform X (formerly Twitter), is a real possibility. Isaacson said such a move would align with Musk's ambition to transition Tesla from a purely electric vehicle manufacturer to a leading player in physical artificial intelligence. 'I think it's going to happen,' Isaacson said. 'Because Musk, even in my book when he's starting xAI, [was] talking about [how] these chatbots are fine, but what you need is real world AI. You need to be able to not only take all the texts and tweets that have ever been written, but all the videos from Teslas and the all the Optimus robot [is] seeing and the hearing.' Expanding on the theme, Isaacson noted that merging the two companies would significantly accelerate the development of real-world AI capabilities. 'You will have real-world AI and once again, that will be one order of magnitude increased from what we're looking at now,' he said. The potential merger would underscore Musk's intention to integrate datasets from multiple ventures, including Tesla's autonomous vehicle footage and Optimus humanoid robots, as well as X's real-time news, into a unified AI architecture. Isaacson's comments imply that Musk views Tesla not as an end product, but as a platform for deploying large-scale, sensor-driven intelligence. 'He feels he has to [have] control in a company that's doing [physical] AI,' Isaacson said, pointing to Musk's preference for centralized oversight of key emerging technologies. By combining assets from Tesla and xAI, Musk could streamline both development and deployment of physical AI applications. Investors have speculated that Musk's end goal could be a mass-merging of all his companies, which, besides Tesla and xAI, would include Neuralink, a brain-implant startup, SpaceX, a rocket manufacturer and space exploration company, Starlink, a satellite constellation company and subsidiary of SpaceX, and The Boring Company, an underground tunneling and transportation company. A merger between Tesla and xAI would be a first step in this assumed goal. If realized, the merger would mark a major evolution in Musk's industrial strategy, shifting the center of gravity from electric mobility to embodied artificial intelligence. Such a move could reframe Tesla's identity and valuation, especially given the rising interest in next-generation AI technologies. By this logic, investors have partially priced-in the potential of Tesla to be the leader in physical AI across many sectors, despite lackluster performance in its core business lately. The stock has seen a surge from its lows in March and April, in hopes that physical AI speculation will come to fruition and lead to a return to the all-time highs of December.
