Prestatyn Running Club duo among Snowman triathlons runners
In the longest event, the Legend distance, Ben Thomas finished 29th in 7-39.12, while Owen Gibson, competing in his first tri for some time, was 71st in the Standard race, clocking 6-29.57.
The club's road captain Jonah Armstrong once again crossed the border to take on some strong competition in the Sale Sizzler 5k.
He finished in 66th place with a time of 16.52.

Two of them recorded PBs, with Nem James taking another eight seconds off his previous best and Tilly Jones slicing more than a minute off her PB.
The race also marked the return to action of Ed Shirt after his long overseas break, and when he regains his fitness, he will be another useful addition to the ever-growing squad.
