Abbie Chatfield's boyfriend and Peking Duk frontman Adam Hyde shares VERY harsh message for Peter Dutton live on stage at wild gig
Abbie Chatfield 's boyfriend made his political views well known at a gig in Margaret River over the weekend. Adam Hyde, who fronts the DJ duo Peking Duk alongside Reuben Styles, played a show at the Settlers Tavern on Saturday night as it was revealed the Labour party led by Anthony Albanese had won the Australian 2025 election. At the raging gig, Adam played The Angels' 1977 hit Am I Ever Gonna See Your Face Again and could be heard leading a chant, yelling into the microphone: 'No way get f***ed Dutton,' which the crowd joined in on. It is assumed that the DJ was referring to Peter Dutton, the leader of the Liberal party who fell behind in the polls and lost his parliamentary seat on Saturday night. In the clip, Adam wore a white singlet that showed off his toned, tattooed arms along with a pair of black pants fitted with a belt. The frontman, who began dating media personality Abbie last June, wore his messy locks in curls which fell over his shoulders as he riled up the crowd. The It's A Lot podcast host, 29, could be seen crying as she celebrated Peter Dutton falling behind in the polls, telling her followers she was 'so proud of Australians' who gave their support to Anthony Albanese and the Greens. 'This is the most important election of our lives. There are so many things at stake here... This is just so relieving. This is so important for our mental health not living in a country where the majority of people are hateful,' she said. 'I really do believe Australians are intelligent, empathetic people as a whole... It felt like we were American levels of divided, this result has shown we aren't divided. 'We are so lucky to live in the best election system in the whole world.' As for Greens leader Adam Bandt, who Abbie has been a staunch supporter of, the former reality TV star said she was disappointed the party wasn't in the lead, but was happy to see Opposition Leader Peter Dutton falling behind. 'I'm very upset about the Greens situation obviously, but... I'm just so proud of Australians for not doing what Americans did,' she said, referencing Donald Trump winning the last US election for presidency. She went on to say she has been mercilessly 'trolled' by her critics and Liberal supporters in the lead up to the election. It comes after Abbie Chatfield (pictured) was left in tears as she went on Instagram live to film her real-time reaction to the vote count for the 2025 Federal Election 'I've never been trolled harder. I've been trolled to s***. It's been the worst it's ever been. It's all been worth it,' she said. A few hours before the vote, Abbie called for her followers to put 'the Libs last' on their ballots as she shared a gallery of photos which saw her posing with Bandt. She donned bright green slacks and a white T-shirt to show her support for the party as she took pictures with the Greens leader/ One photo saw Chatfield sitting on a desk with her arms cross as Bandt slipped on a pair of dark sunglasses and took a seat behind the desk. The last image in the gallery saw Abbie throwing her hands up and jumping with joy in front of a Greens billboard. 'AUSTRALIA YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO!' she captioned the reel.

Influencer Abbie Chatfield says young Aussies should feel ‘proud' of their vote
Influencer and Greens supporter Abbie Chatfield has called on young Aussie voters to better understand their own political views so they can feel 'proud' of their vote. In a TikTok video released just two days before Saturday's election, Ms Chatfield implied she had met young voters who were 'ashamed' of who they were voting for. 'If you're ashamed to say who you are voting for, then maybe you shouldn't be voting for that party. Just a little FYI,' she said. 'Maybe you should rethink, if it really aligns with who you are. 'If you get scared, and go 'oh I don't want to talk about politics' when you are asked about how you are voting, maybe rethink the way you are voting.' The reality TV star turned podcaster has backed the Greens in the election, fronting a national Greens ad to 'keep Dutton out'. Ms Chatfield, a vocal critic of the Liberal Party, has also DJed alongside Greens leader Adam Bandt at a campaign fundraiser. She previously hosted both Anthony Albanese and Mr Bandt on her podcast It's A Lot, leading to an Australian Electoral Commission review earlier this year. The AEC found Ms Chatfield did not breach any electoral laws with her political posts, concluding the interviews were voluntary, audience-driven, and did not require formal authorisation under electoral legislation. In the TikTok, Ms Chatfield urged voters to check the ABC's Vote Compass to better understand where they fit in the political spectrum. 'Do a vote compass, figure out if it actually aligns with you,' she said. 'You should be proud about who you are voting for. A lot of you aren't.'

Major feud breaks out between JoJo Siwa and Abbie Chatfield after Dance Moms star accuses her of doing 'something bad' to her ex-Kath Ebbs and calls her a clout chaser
Abbie Chatfield has shut down accusations JoJo Siwa made in a bombshell tell-all interview on Wednesday. The Dance Moms star claimed the It's A Lot podcaster had 'done something pretty bad' to her ex-partner Kath Ebbs while JoJo was in the Celebrity Big Brother UK house. Abbie, 29, has spent days defending her best friend Kath after JoJo dumped her at the CBB afterparty last week amid her blossoming relationship with reality co-star Chris Hughes. 'Kath told me "No what the f***, I have no f***ing idea what JoJo's talking about",' Abbie said in a lengthy rant on Instagram on Thursday. 'As far as I'm concerned, Kath and I have spoken on the phone for hours about this pre and post break up. The only thing we spoke about was the Big Brother house and what JoJo was doing. 'I know that I haven't done anything to Kath because all I've done since they were in away from JoJo, was support them about JoJo.' Abbie said she reached out to mutual friends and Kath's sister after seeing JoJo's interview because Kath was travelling home from the UK and unable to respond 'for five hours'. 'Everyone was very confused,' she said. 'Kath is also the kind of person that if something is wrong, they'll say it to you. So it made no sense. 'I don't know what JoJo's trying to do with that. 'I think JoJo was trying to discredit me by distancing me from Kath, making out like I didn't know what I was talking about, or that I'm a bad friend or a clout chaser,' she continued. 'It was kind of like JoJo was trying to imply that Kath was using her for money.' Abbie attempted to unpack JoJo's potential motivations for making the comment, even revealing that there was a period of time when Kath 'was a bit anxious' because they hadn't seen each other 'face to face' as often. 'Maybe if Kath was upset about that JoJo took it as I was doing something to Kath?' Abbie pondered. 'JoJo was also implying that I'm using Kath and JoJo for clout,' she continued. 'I kept my mouth shut for the sake of their relationship and for the sake JoJo for the whole time.' 'I think she's either trying to discredit me and Kath together by saying we're "spreading misinformation" and that I'm a bad friend but I'm using this for clout.' Abbie also pointed out she had never previously shared JoJo on her social media throughout the entirety of her relationship with Kath. 'I've been commenting and replying to people when they've been saying blatant lies about Kath. Mean lies,' she explained. 'But I haven't been going out of my way to make "hate JoJo Siwa" content because that's not what I'm interested in doing. 'I'm trying to make people understand why Kath is so upset because I'm seeing a lot of people be very mean and homophobic. 'I do think the wording of saying I did something "pretty bad" to Kath is very inflammatory and hyperbolic. 'Kath says they weren't mad at me. Saying I was "pretty bad" is pretty hectic.' The FBoy Island host, who has 553,000 Instagram followers and one of the largest social media followings in Australia, took on a sarcastic tone as she continued. 'I don't know what pretty bad is — Is it maybe going on a reality show and meeting a random man from Love Island while you have a partner at home and continuing to cuddle up to, flirt, and fondle that man while you've got a partner that's watching?' Abbie went on to reveal that Kath has been 'emotionally cheated on' in a previous relationship and said JoJo was very much aware that was Kath's 'biggest trigger' going into the CBB house. 'Maybe that could be a pretty bad thing to do, you know?' she concluded. In her latest interview, JoJo also claimed her Australian influencer ex asked for a business class flight home and accused them of breaking boundaries that were set before she entered the ITV reality show. Quick to poke fun at the accusation, Kath took to their Instagram on Thursday with a dramatic video of themselves falling to the floor and grimacing in pain as they arrived home following the 'excruciating' economy flight. Titled: 'Kath coming home after flying "economy"' Kath also penned: 'Finally back in Australia after an excruciating 24 hours IN THE MIDDLE SEAT'. In one comment under the post, Abbie said that JoJo's mom Jessalynn 'booked Kath a ticket' to the UK 'after pressuring Kath' to go to the CBB finale, where JoJo called time on their relationship after spending three weeks forming a 'soulmate friendship' with Chris . Responding to a fan who claimed Kath was 'sponging off JoJo' following the singer's interview, Abbie wrote: '[Kath] assumed they would be flying home with JoJo. Kath has their own money.' On Saturday, Kath took to Instagram as they broke their silence on the situation in a 13-minute video that was quickly removed from social media. Fans were quick to speculate that multi-millionaire JoJo, who was paid £400,000 ($832,280AUD) to appear on the series, had some involvement in 'silencing' Kath. 'Kath posted a video basically alluding that Chris was the reason we broke up and that's not the case. It's not the truth,' JoJo said on the The Viall Files podcast. JoJo admitted she asked Kath to 're-do their video and give a little more context', then refused to buy Kath a flight back to Australia when they did not comply.
