#SHOWBIZ: A night of nostalgia with Boyz II Men in KL
KUALA LUMPUR: American harmony group Boyz II Men performed to a packed house at Megastar Arena here earlier this evening.
Among the 5,000-strong crowd at the 'Boyz II Men Live In Kuala Lumpur' concert was the Sultanah of Terengganu, Sultanah Nur Zahirah.
The group, comprising Nathan Morris, Wanyá Morris, and Shawn Stockman, took to the stage at 9 pm.
They performed a total of 16 songs, including 'On Bended Knee', 'It's So Hard To Say Goodbye To Yesterday', and 'I'll Make Love To You'.
The trio also performed 'One Sweet Day', a song they originally recorded and performed with Mariah Carey.
As Carey was not present at the concert, they played the original 1995 music video while performing the number.
Carey's vocal part was muted, and the crowd sang along with the trio.
The concert concluded at 10.30pm after the group sang 'Motownphilly' as their encore – one of the songs that propelled them to global success.
