Trump ally says Biden is ‘not going to recover' after cancer diagnosis
Laura Loomer, an ally and sometime advisor to President Donald Trump, went on a posting spree on X after former President Joe Biden announced his cancer diagnosis. On Sunday, Biden announced that he has 'aggressive' prostate cancer, days after a nodule was found on his prostate. The cancer had spread to his bones but was 'hormone-sensitive.' The news came two days after Biden was diagnosed. But as Biden allies, supporters and even enemies, like Trump, took to social media to wish Biden the best and for a speedy recovery, Loomer took to X to lambast Biden and his diagnosis. 'As I reported several months ago, Biden has been terminally ill for a long time,' Loomer posted at 4:13 p.m. on Sunday. 'It's just been kept a secret... He won't be alive much longer, in my opinion. He and his family are announcing this now to make people feel bad since there's a book coming out about his mental decline and the cover-up of how sick he has been these last 4 years.' The book Loomer referred to is 'Original Sin: President Biden's Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disasterous Choice to Run Again' by Alex Thompson of Axios and Jake Tapper of CNN. The book reportedly explains how Biden's advisors tried to hide the president's advanced age and even considered it 'politically untenable' for him to use a wheelchair during the 2024 presidential campaign. Loomer continued to post, resharing an article she wrote in July 2024, repeating how she thought she was right in claiming that Biden has been terminally ill since then. 'Everyone is saying they hope Biden recovers,' she posted at 8:05 p.m. 'He's not going to recover. We need to have a conversation about how the media lied to all of us, and we had an illegitimate, terminally ill occupant of the White House for over a year.' Seven minutes later, she claimed that Biden 'sent J6ers with cancer to prison & denied them medication,' a reference to those who raided the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. 'Biden locked cancer patients up in solitary confinement,' she continued. 'He set the precedent for himself. He didn't pardon himself. Biden for Prison!' The X posts kept coming, with Loomer calling out former First Lady Dr. Jill Biden for whether she would be charged with 'elder abuse.' 'Normal people would go to jail for this btw,' Loomer posted. 'In the real world, you know??' She then set up a poll asking people if Biden has under 90, 60 or 30 days to live. 'Medical experts feel free to chime in,' she commented on the poll. Biden's cancer diagnosis led to a flurry of responses, from sympathy or support to criticism or conspiracy. In a short post on Truth Social, Trump said he and First Lady Melania Trump were both saddened by Biden's diagnosis. 'We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery,' Trump said about the man he's previously called the worst president ever. Former President Barack Obama also showed support for his fellow president and former vice president. 'Michelle and I are thinking of the entire Biden family,' Obama said in a statement. 'Nobody has done more to find breakthrough treatments for cancer in all its forms than Joe, and I am certain he will fight this challenge with his trademark resolve and grace. We pray for a fast and full recovery.' 'Praying for Joe Biden, his family, and the kind of effective cancer treatment he's fought so hard for over the years,' podcast co-host Jon Favreau from 'Pod Save America' posted on X. Former CNN and Washington Post reporter Chris Cillizza said on X that 'we should all wish [Biden] well,' but added that Biden and his inner circle 'engaged in an active cover-up between 2022-2024 to keep his declining physical and mental health from the public.' Donald Trump Jr. shared an X post where he said he 'Agreed 100%' that he wishes Biden a speedy recovery before he followed up asking if there was a cover-up. Despite his diagnosis, Biden was criticized from the left, too. Twitch streamer Hasan Piker joked that the diagnosis was Biden's way of announcing a 2028 run for the presidency. 'The [mainstream media] is already actively laundering the reputation of a war criminal who oversaw the genocide of Palestinians, whose selfish nature allowed Trump to win a second term — Joe Biden is an awful monster," Piker wrote in a follow-up post. 'Prostate cancer doesn't change that.' Felix Biederman, one of the co-hosts of 'Chapo Trap House,' wrote on Instagram that Biden 'may not have been particularly competent, moral, smart, or even aware of his surroundings. But he's definitely going to die soon, and you cannot take that away from the man.' 'Farewell, havidubfudhh or whatever he said to ['NBC Nightly News" host] Lester Holt that one time," Biederman wrote. MAGA Melts Down as GOP Senator Torpedoes Trump's Attack Dog
MAGA's online power brokers unloaded on Republican Senator Thom Tillis Wednesday after he said he would not vote to confirm Ed Martin as Washington's top prosecutor. Martin had been nominated to be U.S. attorney for Washington D.C., a job he is temporarily holding in an acting capacity and which he has turned into an attack vehicle against Trump's perceived enemies and to promote MAGA's culture war topics. Tillis, who is up for re-election in purple North Carolina next year, said on Tuesday: 'I have no tolerance for anybody who entered the building on Jan. 6. 'At this point, I've indicated to the White House I wouldn't support his nomination,' he added. The comment was a reference to Martin's support of the January 6 insurrectionists and his move to demote prosecutors who oversaw cases linked to the invasion of the Capitol in 2021. If he carries out his threat not to vote along party lines to confirm Martin, who has been described as Trump's 'attack dog', Tillis could sink the prosecutor's chances despite being picked for the top job by the president. Tillis is a member of the Judiciary Committee, and by voting against, he would deadlock it at 11-11 if the other Republicans continue to support Martin. While the committee's vote is only a recommendation to the whole Senate, it is rare for a Senate majority leader to bring a nominee to the floor without committee approval. The Republican majority leader, John Thune, would also face difficult prospects of getting to the crucial number of 50 with Tillis seen as mirroring the views of Kentucky's Mitch McConnell, the former majority leader, Alaska's Lisa Murkowski, Maine's Susan Collins and Utah's John Curtis. Instead, Trump supporters started a pressure campaign to make Tillis change his mind, with right-wing podcaster and Turning Point founder Charlie Kirk writing on X: 'Tillis' logic is absurd. He ignores or forgets that many J6ers who entered the Capitol were waved in by Capitol Police. Many simply looked inside the building or took a selfie and left. Those people did NOT deserve to spend a day in prison. 'Tillis is handing this critical post to the Democrats. If Ed Martin is not confirmed by Senate Republicans before May 20th, Trump-hating Judge Boasberg gets to choose his replacement.' Rogan O'Handley, known by his MAGA online name DC Draino, referencing Tillis' upcoming election, wrote on X: 'Hey North Carolina, PRIMARY THOM TILLIS. Stop making us all suffer this RINO.' The National Pulse, a pro-Trump publication, called Tillis a 'traitor.' The Trump administration didn't sound so concerned at the uproar. 'He is the right man for the job, and we look forward to his confirmation,' said White House spokesman Alex Pfeiffer in a statement. Trump's MAGA base has helped force through a series of nominees initially seen as difficult for moderate Republicans to swallow, including Pete Hegseth at the Pentagon and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at HHS. The only high-profile nominee to be lost so far was Matt Gaetz as attorney general, but there have been some less well-known nominees withdrawn including David Weldon for the Centers for Disease Control, and Kathleen Sgamma, as director of the Bureau of Land Management—ironically for her condemnation of the January 6 rioters. Chuck Grassley, the Iowa Republican who chairs the Judiciary Committee, has not scheduled a vote for Martin, leaving his nomination hanging indefinitely. However Martin's ability to be the acting U.S. attorney in Washington D.C. does have a drop-dead date: He can only stay in that role until May 21.

Miranda Devine: Confirm Ed Martin to take on the swamp!
Republican Senator Thom Tillis has declared he will block President Trump's choice for the crucial position of US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Ed Martin. His no vote will sink the nomination and if Martin isn't confirmed in time, his replacement reportedly could be chosen by Trump-hating US District judge James Boasberg. Tillis doesn't even have a plausible reason, telling reporters that his difference with Tillis is over the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot. Martin believes that some J6ers were unfairly over prosecuted and Tillis believes they all should have been jailed 'for absolutely destroying the Capitol' — which never happened. Advertisement President Trump nominated Ed Martin for U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia. AP Photo/Amanda Andrade-Rhoades, File Since Trump has pardoned all the J6ers, Tillis' objection is absurd in every way. How come the North Carolina senator had no problem waving through Joe Biden's various activist picks? Anthony Blinken, Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, and Matthew Graves were involved in protecting Hunter Biden and lawfare operations against Trump. Perhaps the real reason for Tillis' destructive decision is that as acting US attorney Martin has proved too aggressive in pursuing deep state wrongdoers for his liking. Advertisement For instance, Martin is questioning the Wikipedia Foundation, aka Wikipedia, on whether its propaganda activities violate its non-profit status in DC. In a letter to the biased online encyclopedia last month he suggested that Wikipedia is 'allowing foreign actors to manipulate information and spread propaganda to the American public … including the rewriting of key, historical events and biographical information of current and previous American leaders, as well as other matters implicating the national security and other interests of the United States. Advertisement 'Masking propaganda that influences public opinion under the guise of providing informational material is antithetical to Wikimedia's 'educational' mission … 'Moreover, we are aware that search engines such as Google have agreed to prioritize Wikipedia results due to the relationship that Wikipedia has established with these tech platforms. If the content contained in Wikipedia articles is biased, unreliable, or sourced by entities who wish to do harm to the United States, search engine prioritization of Wikipedia will only amplify propaganda to a larger American audience. 'Lastly, it has come to our attention that generative Al platforms receive Wikipedia data to train large-language models. This data is now consumed by masses of Americans and American teachers on a daily basis. If the data provided is manipulated, particularly by foreign actors and entities, Wikipedia's relationship with generative Al platforms have the potential to launder information on behalf of foreign actors.' Kaboom! This is our man against the DC swamp. He must be confirmed.

January 6 Proud Boys Militant Brags That Trump Told Him 'I Love You'
The former leader of the Proud Boys claimed that he spoke with Donald Trump on Saturday night, and that the president 'loves' him. Enrique Tarrio, the convicted ex-chief of the far-right hate group, was one of the nearly 1,600 people who received clemency from the president for his actions on January 6, mere hours into Trump's second term. But that was apparently not the last time that Tarrio would interact with the president. Instead, Tarrio and his mother Zuny Duarte were ushered to meet Trump at Mar-a-Lago, where a member had personally invited them to dine, reported The New York Times. 'He called me and my Mother over while we were at dinner and said he was sorry for what Joe Biden did to all J6ers,' Tarrio posted on X. 'He knew the hardships me and my family faced for [three] long years.' 'He knew how many times they moved me. And he said he is working on making things right. I thanked him for giving me my life back,' Tarrio continued. 'He replied with … I Love You guys.' 'To the J6ers he wanted me to send y'all a message,' Tarrio wrote. 'He said … Thank you.' Tarrio's presence at Mar-a-Lago was made all the more strange considering that he would have had to be personally screened by the Secret Service before entering the Florida resort. By Monday, Trump had not denied the exchange, and a White House spokesman contacted by the Times did not respond. Tarrio was one of four Proud Boys to be convicted of seditious conspiracy for his actions on January 6. He was sentenced to 22 years in prison—the longest sentence received by any Proud Boy member—for effectively planning the attack on the Capitol to keep Trump in power after his 2020 loss. Tarrio served less than two years before Trump's pen set him free. Since then, Tarrio has sparked a podcast, a Proud Boys-oriented crypto coin, and become a far-right social media influencer. In an interview with Alex Jones in January, Tarrio promised 'retribution' against people who worked on prosecuting January 6 cases.

Trump Tells Hate Leader And J6 Seditionist 'I Love You Guys' At Mar-A-Lago: Report
Enrique Tarrio, the former leader of the far-right Proud Boys and convicted seditionist in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol siege, thanked Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago for his pardon and got an 'I love you guys' from the president, according to Tarrio and a New York Times report. The Saturday night encounter came about when a member of Trump's home-base country club invited Tarrio and his mother, Zuny Duarte, to dinner at the Florida resort, The New York Times reported Sunday. The member introduced the two to the president as he walked by in the main room, an unnamed White House official told the newspaper. Duarte said Trump recognized Tarrio's name ― 'Oh, you're that guy' ― and even knew the names of his co-defendants in the case, the Times wrote. Tarrio gave a glowing account of the encounter on X, formerly Twitter, writing: I just had a great conversation with @POTUS. He called me and my Mother over while we were at dinner and said he was sorry for what @JoeBiden did to all J6ers. He knew the hardships me and my family faced for 3 long years. He knew how many times they moved me. And he said he is working on making things right. I thanked him for giving me my life back. He replied with…I Love You guys. To the J6ers he wanted me to send yall a message… He said…Thank you. The White House did not respond to the Times' request for comment. In 2023, Tarrio, the former national chair of the Proud Boys, was convicted and sentenced to 22 years in prison for seditious conspiracy and other crimes related to the Jan. 6 insurrection attempt to overturn the 2020 election results. But Trump's Inauguration Day pardon of nearly all the people charged resulted in his release from a Louisiana prison. Days later, Tarrio said it was investigators of the riot who belonged 'behind bars.' In February, Tarrio was arrested after Capitol police saw him hit a woman's cellphone and arm after she put the phone close to his face in a gathering of J6 participants at the Capitol.
