How to watch Nebraska vs Oklahoma today: Time, TV channel for the NCAA baseball tournament The Nebraska Cornhuskers will face the Oklahoma Sooners on Friday afternoon in the Chapel Hill Regional of the NCAA baseball tournament. The Huskers defeated the UCLA Bruins 5-0 last Sunday afternoon to win the Big Ten baseball tournament. The victory also automatically qualified the Huskers for the 2025 NCAA Division I baseball tournament. Nebraska enters the tournament with an overall record of 32-27 and a 15-15 mark in the Big Ten. Oklahoma holds a record of 35-20 and a 14-16 record in the SEC. The Sooners enter the NCAA Tournament after falling to Vanderbilt in the quarterfinal round of the SEC baseball tournament. Friday's game is the 252nd all-time meeting between Oklahoma and Nebraska. The Sooners hold a series advantage of 147-102-2. This will be the first time the two teams have met since the Shriners Children's College Showdown during the opening weekend of the 2024 season. Oklahoma won that game 7-6 with a walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth inning. The tournament will consist of 64 teams at 16 different four-team regional sites in a double-elimination format. Once eight teams are left, those eight teams will travel to Omaha, Nebraska, for the Men's College World Series. The 2025 tournament will feature 29 conference champions and 35 teams that receive at-large bids. Nebraska played in the 2024 edition of the tournament and was eliminated in the regional round after finishing with a 1-2 record. The program has not won a regional since 2005, which was also the last time the Huskers appeared in the College World Series. The Huskers will send left-handed pitcher Jackson Brockett (4-3, 3.41 ERA) to the bump to face Sooners starter and right-handed pitcher Malachi Witherspoon (3-8, 5.53 ERA).
