Body found in search for missing teenage boy, 14, just hours after he vanished from riverside town
COPS have discovered a body in the search for a missing teenage boy.
Cleveland Police issued an urgent appeal yesterday for help in tracking down Jacob Ker, 14, who had been reported missing.
But shortly after 6pm on the same day, the force sadly confirmed officers had found a body of a teenager.
Cops said that while formal identification has yet to take place, Jacob's family has been informed.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Our thoughts remain with them at this most difficult time."
