3 vehicles involved in fatal Wadsworth crash
WADSWORTH, Ohio (WJW) – One person has died and another is hospitalized after a crash in Wadsworth Tuesday morning.
According to a press release from the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a 1997 Dodge Neon and a 2004 Ford Mustang were traveling southbound on State Route 94 before the crash happened around 6:50 a.m.

According to the release, the Neon was traveling at a 'high rate of speed' when it hit the back of the Ford Mustang. The Ford then went off the right side of the road and hit a pole.
The Dodge then went left of center in the roadway and hit a 2022 Ford F-250 that was going northbound head-on.
The Dodge was being driven by 23-year-old Jaden Flinders of Wooster. Flinders was taken to the Wadsworth Rittman Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, the release said.
The Ford Mustang was being driven by an 18-year-old from Wadsworth, who was taken to Akron General Hospital by the Wadsworth EMS.
Local parents surrender after death of 3-year-old
According to the release, the Ford F-250 was driven by a 37-year-old man who suffered minor injuries and was not taken to the hospital.
This crash remains under investigation.
