Ltd. The new plant is located at Plot No. G-18/1, SIPCOT Industrial Park, Vallam Vadagal, Palnallur Village, Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram – 602105, Tamil Nadu. According to the company's regulatory filing under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the production at the facility began on August 1, 2025. This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone for Jash Engineering as it strengthens its manufacturing footprint and enhances its capacity to serve both domestic and global markets. In the exchange filings, the company shared, 'We wish to inform you that Commercial Production of Shivpad Engineers Pvt Ltd. our wholly Owned Subsidiary at its newly set-up plant situated at PLOT NO. G-18/1, SIPCOT INDUSTRIAL PARK, VALLAM VADAGAL, PALNALLUR VILLAGE, SRIPERUMBUDUR, KANCHIPURAM602105 has commenced w.e.f. 1 st August 2025.' Jash Engineering plans to acquire WesTech Process Equipment India, Mumbai

Jash Engineering announced its plans to acquire WesTech Process Equipment India, Mumbai (WPEIPL) by purchasing 80% stake held by WesTech LLC, USA, along with an additional 10% stake held by employees of the Indian entity. Currently, WPEIPL employees collectively hold a 20% ownership stake in the company. The remaining 10% stake will be acquired from the employees after three years at a pre-agreed valuation multiple. The acquisition will enable Jash to enter industrial segments such as mining, metal and paper. It services as a strong complement to existing Shivpad Process Equipment Division in Chennai, which currently focuses on the municipal segment. "This bolt-on acquisition aligns with our growth strategy, expanding our service portfolio while also building scale. The combined turnover of WPEIPL and Shivpad for FY25 exceeds 100 crore, positioning us as one of the leading players in the municipal and industrial water process equipment market in India", said the company. The transaction is expected to close by September / October 2025.

Sales rise 38.32% to Rs 300.38 crore Net profit of Jash Engineering declined 7.24% to Rs 36.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 38.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales rose 38.32% to Rs 300.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 217.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. For the full year,net profit rose 31.35% to Rs 87.70 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 66.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.
