Harry Clark breaks silence on Celeb SAS axe after shock brawl at Brits revealed

TRAITORS star Harry Clark has broken his silence after being booted off SAS: Who Dares Wins for cheating. It was a humbling moment for the ex-Army lad, who has now admitted he 'hated' his time on the Channel 4 show. Directing staff Billy Billingham and Jason Fox caught Harry out performing only 10 burpee exercises when he'd been challenged to do 20 - then lied about it. He was meant to complete the set before pulling a switch. Harry said: 'Obviously I was so disheartened and so annoyed, but at the same time in the back of my head I was like, 'but it's all right though because I've made that switch, I'm here to stay'. 'I did exactly what I would do in the military. 'And that's what annoyed me so much because it was like I just hit that switch, but they'd kicked me off for it. 'So it was like, well then how can I prove to you now that I've changed? 'But then at the same time, when I look back on it and I've matured a lot now, they've probably done me a favour because I know that the next big stage was the interrogation phase.' The show was filmed in September last year. Celebrities always dread the interrogation segment and many crumble. Harry added: 'The place where I was mentally and physically, I would've definitely been broken down easy. I was easy pickings. Celebrity SAS star axed after 'lying and cheating' on show - as another quits 'So I think they actually done me a favour kicking me off the show, they probably saw that I needed to go and sort myself out. 'I didn't like the experience that much, personally, it made me angry at them and myself that I wanted to get better. 'I felt like they didn't like me. 'I absolutely hated it while I was there. 'I just want people to be able to look at me now and think that is a completely different person.' The episode of Harry's exit aired as The Sun revealed he had got into a shocking brawl at the Brits Awards with a Tiktok star. Harry is said to have had a 'drunken scuffle' with Moe Osman at the glitzy bash in March. Sources close to Harry say he retaliated after being 'antagonised' by the influencer, who goes by the username of Hellacreps online. Harry was an Army helicopter engineer for seven years but left the forces following his Traitors win. 1

Celebrity SAS's furious Jason Fox slams underprepared show stars – and brands Katie Price ‘disappointing'

CELEBRITY SAS veteran Jason Fox slammed unprepared stars on the show - including branding Katie Price as 'disappointing'. Jason, 48, is the sole remaining original DS - Directing Staff - on the gruelling Channel 4 show. 4 4 4 Celebrities are put through a challenging pseudo-SAS selection course, but not everyone has the grit to reach the end. Speaking on the Stick to Rugby podcast, Jason took aim at unprepared past recruits on the programme. The former Royal Marine Commando had been asked how many famous faces took part - only to learn the process just wasn't for them. Jason answered: "I don't think people really understand that it is actually quite difficult. "I speak to people like Wayne [Bridge] still and he has people phoning him, who have signed up to it. "They're like 'Mate, what's it like?' and he'll be like, 'It's brutal, blah blah blah'. "He even tells me, I can tell in their tone, that they're like 'Whatever, mate." Earlier in the conversation, Jason played a quickfire game where he used one word to describe past celebs' time on the course. Joey Essex was described as "surprising", Matt Hancock as "fun" and Calum Best as "good". However, he ultimately used "disappointing" to describe Katie Price 's stint. Celeb SAS Who Dares Wins full line up revealed with ex Premier League footballer, pop icon and THREE Love Islanders Back in 2019, Katie quit the gruelling course after just two days - despite receiving £120,000. A source told Mirror Online at the time: "Katie was relying on this to turn her career around and show the public she can reinvent herself in a similar way to how she did in the Jungle back in 2004. "She had all her hair braided to enable her to get really stuck in, but when she discovered she was going to be in Scotland she lost all motivation." "Katie has a real fear of the water but was happy when she was put on a boat and sent home," the mole told The Mirror. Rebecca Loos breaks down in tears after being punched in the face in brutal Celebrity SAS boxing match - gasping 'f***ing hell!' and fighting for breath

Rebecca Loos was reduced to tears after she was punched in the face by a co-star on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins on Sunday night. The former glamour model, 48, is one of 14 stars who has signed up for this year's instalment of the cruelling endurance show. After four departures in the first week, the latest episode aired on Sunday as the remaining celebrities were tasked with engaging in a one-on-one fight. Before the challenge got underway, Special Forces and former Royal Marine Commando Jason Fox told the group: 'Violence in its rawest form is hand-to-hand, you are eye-to-eye with your opponent and it is about overpowering them. 'We use controlled aggression, it is not blind anger. Anger is an emotion that we have not got any time for.' Rebecca was paired with former X Factor star Lucy Spraggan who had control and dominated the fight from the beginning. With the 34-year-old throwing punches, it left Rebecca spending the majority of the fight defending herself from the blows, including to the face. As she struggled on, fans could hear shouts for her 'throw a punch'. After being told to 'stop', Rebecca was visibly in tears as she removed her head gear, while wiping her nose. With Lucy declared the winner, a cutaway shot showed Rebecca also wiping her tears away with her sleeve and trying to catch her breath, saying: 'F***ing hell.' Meanwhile, Lucy has revealed she 'ripped her labia' while filming the gruelling Channel 4 military training series - an ordeal that left her bleeding, in agony, and now facing reconstructive surgery. Lucy, who is close friends with music mogul Simon Cowell, 65, after rising to fame on The X Factor in 2012, believes the injury could have been caused by a harness during a physically demanding task. Speaking to The Sun, she said: 'I ripped my labia - it was bad. That's not a common injury. Actually, genuinely, that's never been the same, so much so I'm having some surgery soon to correct it. 'I don't really know even what happened, I guess the harness was tight. I was like: "This feels really bad. Surely there can't be anything." And I looked and there was a tear, there was lots of blood, and the doctor came over and I turned around.' So far this series, fans have watched as Hannah Spearritt, Chloe Burrows, Tasha Ghouri and Louie Spence all quit. Since walking, it's been revealed each star that leaves the show early will still receive their full appearance fee. A source told The Sun: 'Hannah Spearitt, Chloe Burrows and Tasha Ghouri will all have been paid over £10k - some as much as £20k - but unlike other reality shows, they do get paid if they pull out. 'So even though Hannah only lasted one minute, she'll still get paid over £10k for that minute. 'It's well worth stars signing up even if they don't think they can complete the show just for the payday - it might be embarrassing taking their armband off early in the show, but it's good money!'
