According to charging documents, Sandy Township Police were called to a complex at 200 Hanes Drive in Sandy Township at around 1:30 p.m. May 15. Upon arrival, the responding officer found a 4-year-old on the sidewalk with a window screen near him. The child was crying and had scrapes on his head and was bleeding.
