Police say a blue Mazda BT-50 utility was driving along Walcott Street, between Field Street and Clifton Street, Mt Lawley, about 4.15am when it veered off the road, mounted a footpath and crashed into a tree. The driver — believed to be a man — walked away from the scene. Police said they had sadly located Finn Coyle's body at a property in Carmel about 8.30am on Thursday. 'While formal identification is yet to take place, police believe the male to be missing 21-year-old man Finn Coyle,' a police spokesperson. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner. Finn was last seen leaving his home on Tanner Road, Carmel, about 2.30pm on Friday. Lifeline: 13 11 14

St John WA rushed to the scene after reports a woman — aged in her 40's — had suffered an electric shock at a property in Mundijong about 8.15am on Wednesday. Paramedics are preparing to take the woman to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Her injuries are non-life threatening. The incident was not a result of the storm.

The male rider has serious injuries. Canning Highway westbound at Berwick Street has been closed, while Canning Highway eastbound has been reduced to a single lane.
