KUCHING (April 26): JobSarawak, the state government's centralised employment hub, is participating in the fourth edition of the Education, Career and Entrepreneur Fair, running on April 25-27 at Pullman Waterfront Miri. According to a statement, the three-day fair is organised by State Deputy Minister of Tourism, Creative Industry and Performing Arts Datuk Sebastian Ting, and aims to guide Sarawakian youths toward making informed decisions on their education and career prospects. 'I am thrilled that the event continues to attract top education institutions, government agencies, and industry players from various industries across Sarawak and young Sarawakians. 'This provides an effective platform for our young talents to discover pathways towards higher education and career opportunities,' said Ting. With the participation of over 40 academic institutions and 20 companies, the event offers young Sarawakian the opportunity to explore educational pathways and engage with key industrial players to secure meaningful employment and understand the job market.
