Clipse Set Summer Release Date for New Album, ‘Let God Sort Em Out'

Clipse's long-awaited fourth studio album, Let God Sort Em Out, is coming on July 11. The Virginia duo of brothers Malice and Pusha T announced the project on Instagram, ending the long wait for fans who've been awaiting a follow-up to their 2009 Til The Casket Drops album. Let God Sort Em Out is entirely produced by Pharrell Williams, who crafted the group's previous three albums. While Clipse signed to Def Jam for the album last year, it's now being distributed and marketed by Roc Nation. The album cover is designed by artist and designer KAWS, who also designed the art for Clipse's last project. LP, CD, and Digital Pre-Orders (as well as KAWS-designed merch) for the album are available at More from Rolling Stone The Joey Bada$$ vs. Everyone Beef Is Fun, But What's It Really About? Let God Sort Em Out has been speculated about since the duo announced the project last June, and gave Rolling Stone in-depth details about the project, which Pusha T has called a 'masterpiece.' While the group had been on pause since 2010, rumors of a new album had spread since Malice, who changed his name to No Malice in 2013 then changed it back for this album, rapped 'I might whisper in his ear, 'Bury all of them'/Light another tiki torch and carry it again' on 'I Pray For You.' The track is from Pusha T's 2022 It's Almost Dry album. Malice told Rolling Stone that after temporarily ending Clipse in 2010, he felt okay to reprise the group after his father told him he was being 'too hard on [himself]' just days before his death. Malice rapped about the moment on 'Birds Don't Sing,' a eulogy to his and Pusha's parents, which debuted at Paris Fashion Week 2024. (The brothers's mother passed in November of 2021.) Since last summer, speculation and anticipation have risen for the album, which Push has repeatedly said was waiting on a particular verse from an artist to be completed. Fan speculation has centered on Kendrick Lamar or Jay-Z being the mystery man. Chatter about the latter artist being the guest intensified when the Clipse uploaded a photo of themselves at the Roc Nation office earlier this week. Joey Bada$$ And Serayah Can 'Bearly Wait' For Newborn In Baby Shower Pics

Serayah and Joey Bada$$ celebrated their first child together with a blue, bear-themed baby shower. In a carousel upload to Instagram, the expecting couple was joined by family and friends for the intimate, heart-warming affair. Sharing the clips and pictures, Serayah penned a loving caption dedicated to her unborn child. 'It's so hard me to even describe the gratitude I feel, or where to even start… It's as if my heart bursts a million times over when I think about my son,' expressed the 29-year-old. 'My first born, my purpose, my light, no words can effectively express the love that surrounds you. We are so thankful to our friends and family for showing up and showing out for us during this time. To my hunny, my rock, my soulmate thank you for being there every step of the way, I love you so much' 'We can't wait to see you leave your imprint on this world lil man,' she closed with the sparkling emoji. The couple revealed their pregnancy earlier this year in a stylish manner. Taking the runway during New York Fashion Week, the Empire actress sashayed for the lingerie brand AdoreMe, revealing her growing baby bump for the first time. Earlier this month, it was confirmed that they are expecting a baby boy. The infant will be the Brooklyn rapper's second child, as he has a 7-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. 'I can't say that she's excited,' shared the Raising Kanan star with ESSENCE. 'I think she's processing, you know what I mean? I think she's like, 'I got to share my daddy now?' But I already know she's going to come around and she's going to be a great big sister once he gets here. She's going to be super hands-on.' 'It's been a fully spiritual transformation for me. There's been so many things revealed to me and there's a sense of clarity and a natural instinct to just want to do all things,' added the mommy-to-be. 'I feel like I'm a purpose driven person in general, but it's more of an emphasis now on what moves makes sense and how that affects the unit as a whole. And I think that that's something that has definitely transformed me, especially as I'm turning 30 soon. Living my whole 20s just for me, this has been a full transformation now getting ready to parent and be one of the sole people responsible for another human being. So it's definitely been a transformation, but a beautiful one.' More from DJ Akademiks Clowns Ab-Soul For Being Legally Blind In Response To Diss Track Ab-Soul Adds To Joey Bada$$ Vs. Joey Bada$$ batlle with the West Coast doesn't appear to be losing steam anytime soon. Then just know that I'll be right here.' Billboard reached out to Kendrick's team for comment. The back-and-forth started when Joey dropped 'The Ruler's Back' on New Year's Day and referenced a Jay-Z line about the West Coast from his song '22 Two's' from 1996. 'Too much West Coast d—k lickin',' he rapped. Joey Bada$$ reveals Jay-Z once wanted to manage him

Brooklyn rapper and actor Joey Bada$$ recently opened up about a pivotal moment early in his career — a potential management deal with hip-hop legend Jay-Z. In a new interview with Red Bull published on May 13, 2025, Joey revealed that Jay-Z wanted to manage him through Roc Nation back in 2010, but the opportunity fell through due to miscommunication. 'It was a chain of communication that I didn't have any part in,' said Joey. 'Jay is my favorite rapper, even to this day, and within a year of being in the game, he wanted to sign me. But he didn't want to sign me as an artist, he wanted to manage me.' Joey expressed lingering doubts that a former manager may have botched the opportunity. Joey also discussed his role as Unique on Power Book III: Raising Kanan, executive produced by 50 Cent. He praised 50's strategic thinking and intelligence. 'He's much smarter than people may think,' Joey said. 'His mind is very interesting and very multidimensional.' The rapper-turned-actor says the transformation into his character begins the moment he puts on Unique's vintage '90s wardrobe. 'As soon as I land on set and I put them clothes on, it's just time,' he added. Joey Bada$$ continues to build his legacy in both music and acting, with fans eager to see what comes next.
