Exes Cik Epal and Jofliam have been publicly clashing in recent weeks. Both have frequently posted updates about their divorce settlement, arguments, and accusations against one another. The mother of two recently claimed that her ex-husband's new wife scratched her face and prevented her from collecting her belongings from the house she had shared with Jofliam during their marriage. The businesswoman also alleged that her ex-husband had denied her access to their children, claiming he feared she might run away with them. Ika Nabella Singer Ika Nabella took to Threads to urge Cik Epal and Jofliam to resolve their dispute privately and peacefully. She directed most of her criticism at the latter, alleging that he had failed to fulfil his responsibilities, while also calling out his new wife for further escalating the situation. 'Aren't you embarrassed that your kids are watching all this? As for your wife, the whole of Malaysia knows you're a homewrecker. Why make this worse for yourself? Show some class for once,' wrote the former Akademi Fantasia contestant. The artist expressed hope that the former couple would be able to reach an agreement without compromising their children's mental well-being. 'A toxic environment at home can really mess with children's minds. There is no need for anyone to get physical. This drama will only teach your kids the wrong things about love, trust, and how to handle problems,' she added. Da'i Wan Celebrity preacher Da'i Wan penned a lengthy open letter to Cik Epal and Jofliam on Instagram, urging the two parents to end their public dispute. 'Please settle this in private. Don't be the cause of slander, and don't commit any more sinful acts that you'll be punished for in the afterlife. Please, this has to stop,' he wrote. The public figure advised the former couple to take a step back from social media and move on before the situation escalates further. 'Where is the love that once existed? Today, your hearts are clouded by revenge and anger. Know that the devil is destroying you without your realisation. The rapper once invited the influencer mother to appear as a guest on his podcast and has previously shared his thoughts on her situation with ex-husband Jofliam. Following the latest drama, the musician urged the former couple to stop airing their disputes online. 'To [Jofliam], just return her belongings. You can afford to buy new ones. Not one of these items will follow you to the grave. I'm just concerned for the kids and how they're going to be affected by all this. When parents fight, the children are the real victims,' he said in his video. All these celebs made very valid points. #SHOWBIZ: Caprice reminds Jofliam, Cik Epal their dispute only hurts their children
KUALA LUMPUR: Social media personality, Caprice reminded pizza entrepreneur Jofliam, his wife Emira Delyati Dewi and his ex-wife, Cik Epal, that their children would be the ones who sufferred the most from their online bickering. In a recent video he uploaded on his Instagram, Caprice, whose real name is Ariz Ramli, said that he received many DM's from his followers regarding the dispute between the three. "When I was bombarded with messages, I thought there had been something serious going on, only to find out about the dispute between Jofliam and his ex-wife, Cik Epal," he said. He added that the conflict should not have been shared on social media in the first place. Caprice also advised Jofliam to just return all of Cik Epal's belongings without causing further dispute. "As a gentleman, Jofliam should just return whatever has been demanded by Cik Epal. It doesn't matter if it's a fridge, a plate or even a handbag. "You can just start a new life with your new wife. Just buy new things, it's not like you can't afford them. "It's not like you can take them to the grave," he said. Caprice also expressed his sympathy for the children affected by the dispute. "Poor children. When parents fight, the real victims are their children." Previously, Cik Epal also claimed that Dewi had assaulted her while taking her belongings from Jofliam's residence. In response, Dewi filed a police report regarding the incident and left everything to the authorities to conduct further investigations. Cik Epal and Jofliam announced their divorce on Oct 9 last year. From the marriage, they share two children, namely Han and Yuki. Meanwhile, Jofliam and Dewi got married on April 5.
