Radiant Logic launches AI tool for identity visibility
Radiant Logic has launched the full suite of its Identity Observability feature for the RadiantOne platform, offering real-time monitoring and risk management capabilities for identity and access management ecosystems. The latest release from Radiant Logic aims to provide organisations with enhanced visibility into their identity management systems and processes, which can help identify, prioritise, and address security risks before they are exploited. The RadiantOne platform now incorporates features such as continuous real-time discovery and observability across identity systems, a unified graph-based model of identity data from sources including Active Directory, LDAP, on-premise applications, Entra Identity, and SaaS platforms, and dynamic risk scoring using heuristics and pattern recognition. The platform also includes an AI Data Assistant (AIDA) that analyses intricate identity relationships, recommends corrective measures, and facilitates collaboration between line managers and resource owners to resolve identity issues. Additional features include dashboards that provide real-time monitoring of identity hygiene, comprehensive reporting, and maturity assessments designed to support policy enforcement and compliance requirements. According to Radiant Logic, the platform is designed to fit into existing enterprise environments as a SaaS or self-managed solution, supporting security initiatives such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and Zero Trust models. Dr. John Pritchard, Chief Executive Officer at Radiant Logic, commented on the release, "Identity sprawl, hybrid complexity and unmanaged access create blind spots that leave organisations vulnerable to cyber threats. With the RadiantOne platform, we're illuminating every human and non-human identity across the environment—giving security and IAM teams complete visibility into who has access to what, whether it's legitimate and how to mitigate risks, before attackers find the gaps." The platform's enhancements are aligned with guidance from research and advisory firms' recommendations, such as those from Gartner. In its 2025 Guidance for Comprehensive IAM Architecture Strategy, Gartner recommends that organisations "Invest in a centralised identity and access data platform that integrates discovery tools across all IAM layers to aggregate, correlate and reconcile identity and access data. Implement emerging artificial intelligence (AI)-driven identity and access intelligence solutions to enhance observability and automation to quickly remedy vulnerabilities or facilitate a response to identity threats." Industry stakeholders outside Radiant Logic have also commented on the significance of providing robust visibility across identity data. John Horn, Head of the Cybersecurity Practice at Datos Insights, said, "Security defences at many firms operate with incomplete views of identity data and risk across their organisation. A robust identity fabric, centred upon rich, AI-enabled identity visibility for every aspect of the business, is the new operational foundation." "Radiant Logic's Identity Observability is an exciting capability that enables enterprise-wide views of identity data and risk, combined with automated resolutions to many common security problems. As we enter the age of Agentic AI and greater cyber risk, powerful identity observability and remediation will become central capabilities for the business." Early adopters of RadiantOne's new features have reported benefits in managing identity vulnerabilities and improving oversight. A Head of IAM in the insurance sector stated, "It's truly one of the few solutions that delivers so many valuable features right out of the box. This product's real-time data visibility and intuitive interface make it an outstanding tool for monitoring identity vulnerabilities and quickly understanding the health of our company's access management." A Head of Cybersecurity in the transportation industry shared a similar sentiment, saying, "With real-time data visibility and centralised reporting, this tool makes monitoring identity and access management effortless huge improvement over our previous solutions." The RadiantOne platform's combination of real-time monitoring, unified visualisation, and AI-driven remediation is designed to support organisations in addressing the increasing complexities and threats related to identity and access management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

The three types of intelligence and how leaders can leverage them
As we navigate modern-day complexities, understanding the way we learn, apply, and adapt knowledge becomes increasingly important. In the 1940s, psychologist Raymond Cattell is credited with popularizing an idea that I think about often: Human intelligence isn't just one thing—it's two. Later, his student, John Horn, expanded on this idea, elaborating on those two components of intelligence: 1. Fluid intelligence is how we solve new problems. It's how we think when there's no manual. 2. Crystallized intelligence is what we accumulate—knowledge, vocabulary, and life experiences. It's what we bring with us. I was reminded of these concepts when reading From Strength to Strength – Finding Success, Happiness and Deep Purpose in the Second Half of Life by Arthur C. Brooks. Brooks argues that the key to a fulfilling second half of life is knowing when—and how—to shift from relying on our declining fluid intelligence to embracing our growing crystallized intelligence. Now, as AI is center stage in my industry, I find myself wondering, 'What happens to these two forms of human intelligence when we bring a third, manufactured form into the equation?' AI'S ROLE IN OUR INTELLIGENCE Everyone keeps asking whether AI will replace us. Maybe the better questions are: How does AI impact our intelligence, and what does it look like when all three types work together? AI isn't a tool running parallel to us; it's running perpendicular to how we think, evolving how we solve problems, and how we apply knowledge. In trying to make sense of AI's place within Horn and Cattell's intelligence models, I unearthed two truths: • AI expands our fluid intelligence. It helps us see more, faster. It tests ideas and simulates outcomes. Like a sparring partner that never sleeps. • AI also enhances our crystallized intelligence. It connects things, finds patterns, surfaces forgotten knowledge, and adds context. Used intentionally, it sharpens our ability to connect the dots that matter. THE SYNERGY OF HUMAN AND AI When we leverage both our fluid and crystallized intelligence, in tandem with AI (rather than just prompting it), we realize a new kind of exponential potential: Human + AI. However, this synergy doesn't just happen; it takes deliberate orchestration, the kind I explored in The Art of Business and People Orchestration. It's not about controlling AI, nor letting it run wild. It's about knowing when to trust your brain, when to tap the machine, and how to make the mix work for you. In the end, we still bring the meaning to the table. Intelligence is about what we do with what we know and the insights we gain along the journey that shape our intuition. This intuition, honed through years of experience, becomes an invaluable asset in decision-making. So how can leaders leverage these three types of knowledge? 1. Through Strategic Self-Awareness Understanding where you sit on the fluid-crystallized spectrum lets you use your natural and learned intelligence more intentionally. The AI surge has prompted this ultimate reality check. I recently helped structure our biannual partners meeting. Knowing my strength in crystallized intelligence, I designed the agenda to give me time and space to prepare and bring relevant data I had gathered months earlier. This approach allowed me to share insights with other crystallized-intelligence-driven minds—people who also value time to connect non-obvious dots. Together, we invited more creativity and context into the room. I used AI intentionally to support the mission, with a clear sense of when to tap into more crystallized intelligence-style tools (structured, deep, context-aware) versus when to lean on AI for quick, fluid 'a-ha' moments. The awareness of where I sit on the spectrum—and knowing how to guide AI accordingly—elevated the experience. 2. By Strengthening Their AI Utilization Use AI as a partner, aligned with your organization's goals. Knowing how to tap into fluid and crystallized intelligence gives you a clearer idea of what you want to extract from the tools you use. Some see AI as an oracle, others as a smart autocomplete tool or robot-like organizer. Everyone is right: AI reflects what we ask, and how we give it the right context. With pragmatic input, you get accurate answers; with generic prompts, you get wildly wrong ones. When you treat AI as a partner and understand how to access either fluid or crystallized intelligence through it, you unlock more value and avoid the common pitfalls. 3. By Becoming True Orchestrators Master the balance of Natural + AI Fluid and Crystallized Intelligence. By doing this, you become a true orchestrator of this modern-day world. Not passengers or victims, but creators. When I wrote my book, 'agentic' wasn't even on the radar, so I focused more on the orchestration of humans. In the early days of AI, humans led the orchestration, but now, agents are part of the mix. Just two years later, it's become a milkshake of tools, agents, and humans working together. The more one understands these entities, the better the orchestration—and the bigger the impact. Fluid. Crystallized. Artificial. All of it. Together.

Jackson voters call for change, eyes shift to General Election
JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson residents voted for change in Tuesday's Municipal Primary Runoff Election. The focus is now shifting to the General Election in June. Nearly 25,000 people voted in Jackson's mayoral runoff. The majority of them, who voted in the Democratic primary, chose State Senator John Horn (D-District 26) over incumbent Mayor Chokwe A. Lumumba. 'I'm very confident that Mr. Horhn will stand behind everything that he has represented so far, and I look forward to watching him progress as a leader,' said Kathy Smith, a Jackson voter. Councilman Brian Grizzell, Ward 4, said he's ready to work with the next mayor. He wants action on roads and abandoned buildings. Horhn is projected winner of Jackson Democratic mayoral primary runoff 'We're going to embrace them, and we're going to really look forward to working with them to make sure that our priorities, again, are well communicated and that we see that our projects get done,' Grizzell said. Councilman Vernon Hartley, Ward 5, said voters want a clear vision from City Hall. He said he will work with the next mayor, plan or no plan. 'But it's so much easier when we know what direction we're actually going. Give us a plan, so we can support any administration with the money and the laws from the legislative branch,' Hartley stated. Jackson voters will return to the polls on June 3, 2025. They will choose between Democrat John Horhn, Republican Kenney Gee and Independent candidates Rodney DePriest, Zach Service, Lille Stewart-Robinson and Kim Wade. Close Thanks for signing up!
