Arizona Cardinals to face Carolina Panthers in home opener in Week 2
Arizona Cardinals to face Carolina Panthers in home opener in Week 2 The Cardinals open the season with two consecutive games against the NFC South. The Arizona Cardinals will release their full 2025 regular-season schedule at 5 p.m. Arizona Cardinals, but we have some information. We know they will open the season on the road against the New Orleans Saints. It would appear they will have their home opener the very next week. According to Johnny Venerable of PHNX, the Cardinals will host the Carolina Panthers in Week 2 for their home opener at State Farm Stadium. It will be the second consecutive season the Cardinals have faced the Panthers and the sixth time in the last seven years. The Cardinals lost 36-30 in overtime last season in Carolina in December, which basically knocked the Cardinals out of postseason contention. They are 1-4 in the last five regular-season meetings with the Panthers. With this information, we know three of the first four games of the season for Arizona. They will start off on the road against the Saints, then play the Panthers at home in Week 2. In Week 4, they host the Seattle Seahawks for a Thursday night game. The full schedule will come out soon. Get more Cardinals and NFL coverage from Cards Wire's Jess Root and others by listening to the latest on the Rise Up, See Red podcast. 2025 schedule leaks: Seahawks to play Cardinals in Week 4 on TNF
2025 schedule leaks: Seahawks to play Cardinals in Week 4 on TNF The Seattle Seahawks' schedule is getting leaked piece by piece. There have been rumors surrounding Weeks 1, 2, and 9 against the 49ers, Steelers and Commanders, respectively. The game against Washington is reportedly on prime time's Sunday Night Football. Now there is another leak regarding Seattle's schedule, and another prime time game. According to Bo Brack and Johnny Venerable, who cover the Cardinals, the Seahawks will travel to the Valley of the Sun to play Arizona in Week 4 on Thursday Night Football. The Seahawks are currently enjoying a seven-game winning streak against the Cardinals dating back to January of 2022. The series has not been particularly competitive, as five of those games have been double-digit victories for Seattle. However, whenever these two teams meet - especially on a nationally televised game - there is always the potential for the game to get... let's just say, weird. By this count, the Seahawks are up to two prime time games if these leaks and rumors prove to be accurate reporting.

Arizona Cardinals reportedly to host Seattle Seahawks in Thursday night game in Week 4
Arizona Cardinals reportedly to host Seattle Seahawks in Thursday night game in Week 4 The Cardinals have not played on Thursday night since 2022. The Arizona Cardinals will announce their full 2025 regular-season schedule Wednesday evening at 5 p.m. Arizona time, but we have our first real leak for their schedule, and it involves a prime-time game against an NFC West opponent. According to Johnny Venerable and Bo Brack of PHNX, the Cardinals will play the Seattle Seahawks in Week 4 at State Farm Stadium in a Thursday night game. The Cardinals had two prime-time games last season. One wasn't even a game that everyone could watch. It was a Week 7 ESPN+ Monday night game that was opposite the regular ABC/ESPN broadcast of another game. The other was a Saturday night game against the LA Rams in Week 17. If this leak proves true, it would be their first Thursday night game since 2022 against the New Orleans Saints. An extra note about this potential matchup is that it will perhaps be the debut of the new "Rivalries" uniforms that will be designed for this season.
