Kia India, a leading mass premium carmaker, has recorded sales of 22,135 units in July 2025, representing an 8 percent increase over the 20,507 units sold in July 2024. The company has recorded a strong growth in Year-To-Date sales with 163,439 units sold in 2025 so far, compared to 146,644 units during the same period last year, reporting an increase of 11.45 percent. The recently launched Carens Clavis, along with Kia's first made-in-India mass-market EV, the Carens Clavis EV, have contributed to the overall growth momentum. Both models have resonated strongly with customers seeking comfort, innovation, and segment-best features. The Carens Clavis EV, in particular, has emerged as a promising product in the mass-market EV space and has been receiving tremendous response from customers. Kia India reported an 8 per cent year-on-year increase in sales for July 2025, with total dispatches reaching 22,135 units, up from 20,507 units in the same month last year. The growth was largely fuelled by the recent launch of the Carens Clavis and its electric counterpart, the Carens Clavis EV, which have helped sustain momentum for the Korean automaker in the competitive Indian market. The company also exported 2,590 vehicles in July, contributing to its overall performance. Kia India has announced its sales for July 2025, and the automaker reported an 8 per cent hike in volumes year-on-year. The company sold 22,135 units last month, as opposed to 20,507 units in July 2024. The automaker attributed its sales growth momentum to the new Carens Clavis lineup, comprising petrol and diesel, as well as the new electric option. The Kia Carens Clavis EV is the brand's first locally made EV for India. Kia India's sales grew by 8 per cent with 22,135 units sold in July, backed by a strong demand for the Carens Clavis, in addition to the consistent sellers like the Seltos and Sonet. Kia Year-To-Date Sales Increased By 11.45% Kia India's year-to-date sales stood at 163,439 units in 2025, registering an 11.45 per cent increase when compared to the same period last year. For perspective, Kia's year-to-date sales in 2024 stood at 146,644 units. In addition to domestic sales, the brand's exports remained flat in July with 2,590 units shipped overseas, against 2,500 units in July 2024.
