Norwich sex offender caught in Kentucky
(WIVT/WBGH) – A Norwich man was located in Kentucky on Thursday after evading law enforcement.
48-year-old Joseph Titsworth was booked into the Henderson County Jail in Henderson, KY on a fugitive from another state charge. Titsworth has been on the run since February 8.
Titsworth is a Level III sex offender. A Level III sex offender is someone who has been convicted of the most severe sex crimes.
