Hamas: Settler Crimes in Deir Dibwan Are Part of Israel's Ongoing Judaization and Eradication Policy
Gaza – SABA: The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemned the recent crimes committed by Israeli settlers in the town of Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah, on Wednesday evening, describing them as a continuation of the Zionist eradication and Judaization policy pursued by the far-right Israeli occupation government. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), Hamas denounced the escalating attacks carried out by settler militias, which are backed by the Israeli army, across the occupied West Bank. The statement specifically highlighted the violent assault on Deir Dibwan, during which settlers targeted Palestinian homes and property, in addition to a broader pattern of systematic abuse and aggression throughout West Bank towns and villages. Hamas stated: 'These attacks, occurring alongside intensified settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem, represent the practical implementation of silent annexation and forced displacement plans, even in the absence of formal declarations.' The movement emphasized that the settlers' crimes, committed with full protection and support from their fascist government, will not deter the Palestinian people from holding onto their land and rights. Instead, such actions will fuel greater resilience, determination, and resistance. Hamas called upon all Palestinians, factions, and resistance movements in the West Bank to unify and confront settler terrorism, defend the land, people, and holy sites, and escalate all forms of resistance against the Israeli occupation wherever it exists. The movement also urged the Palestinian Authority and its security forces to fulfill their national responsibilities at this critical moment by defending the people and responding to these grave and ongoing crimes. Hamas: Settler storming of al-Aqsa Mosque renewed crime, blatant violation of its sanctity
Occupied al-Quds - Saba: Hamas on Monday considered the widespread storming of al-Aqsa Mosque compound by Zionist settlers under heavy protection from enemy forces and their performance of provocative Talmudic rituals a "renewed crime and a blatant violation of the sanctity of al-Aqsa Mosque." The movement said in a statement, Saba News Agency received a copy of it, that "these escalating incursions come as part of the systematic Judaization plan led by the fascist Zionist enemy government in al-Quds, as part of its ongoing attempts to obliterate its Arab identity and tighten its control over the blessed al-Aqsa Mosque." It called on the Palestinian people in the West Bank, al-Quds, and the occupied territories to escalate their resistance against these fascist plans targeting their land and holy sites. The statement stressed the need for mobilization, solidarity, and a pilgrimage to the blessed al-Aqsa Mosque, thwarting the attempts of Zionist settlers to impose a temporal or spatial division of al-Aqsa. Hamas called on Arab and Islamic countries, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Arab League to take immediate and serious action to curb the Zionist enemy's rampage in al-Quds and al-Aqsa Mosque, and to halt the comprehensive war of extermination it is waging against the Palestinian people. PFLP salutes Chilean president's position on banning arms imports from occupying entity
Gaza - (Saba): The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) on Monday praised the Chilean president's position on banning arms imports from the Zionist entity, describing it as a courageous step to isolate it and hold its leaders accountable. In a statement seen by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the PFLP praised "the courageous position of the Chilean president, who accused the Zionist entity of committing crimes of ethnic cleansing, announced a ban on arms imports from it, and affirmed his country's involvement in international judicial efforts to hold it accountable." The PFLP stated that these bold positions reflect the consistent approach taken by the Chilean president, who has always declared his support for Palestine and its just cause. The PFLP stressed the need for these measures to escalate toward a comprehensive boycott of the Zionist entity and the severing of all ties with it, considering it a functional colonial entity based on genocide, Judaization, and settlement. It must be isolated, boycotted, and its leaders prosecuted as war criminals, as part of the effort to expel it from Palestine and the region. She called on "the leaders of the world and all free peoples to follow in the footsteps of the Chilean president and adopt similar positions, if they truly want to stop the massacres, genocide, and starvation of our people, and contribute to establishing stability and justice in the world." Hamas consults Palestinian factions on new US ceasefire proposal in Gaza
DaysofPal – Hamas announced Friday that it is engaging in discussions with fellow Palestinian factions about a recent ceasefire proposal concerning Gaza. The Movement issued a concise statement explaining that it 'is consulting with Palestinian forces and factions regarding the ceasefire proposal recently received from US envoy Steve Witkov through mediators.' A day earlier, Hamas had disclosed that its leadership received a proposal from US representative Steve Witkov aimed at halting Israeli military operations in Gaza. The group stated that its leadership is 'studying the proposal responsibly, in a way that serves the interests of our people, provides relief, and achieves a permanent ceasefire.' In related developments, Ali Baraka, Hamas's Head of National Relations Abroad, met with representatives from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, General Command (PFLP-GC). The PFLP-GC delegation was headed by Assistant Secretary-General Abu Emad Ramez and included politburo member and Lebanon representative Abu Kifah Ghazi. Hamas was represented in the meeting by Ayman Shanaa, head of National Relations in Lebanon, and Ziyad Hassan from the National Relations Office. The discussion centered on recent Palestinian developments, particularly Israel's ongoing assault in Gaza and the war of genocide and starvation waged by the Israeli occupation government for over 600 days, resulting in the killing and injury of more than 170,000 Palestinians, the majority of whom are women and children. Both organizations commended the resilience of Gaza's Palestinian population, who they said 'are facing one of the most horrific genocidal wars in modern history amid international inaction.' Participants in the meeting rejected plans for Judaization, settlement growth, and forced relocation while affirming Palestinian rights to defend their people, territory, and religious sites and to resist occupation. They advocated for Palestinian unity and coordinated efforts to counter 'Zionist and American schemes aiming to liquidate the Palestinian cause in favor of the occupation.' The groups also pressed the international community to denounce the Israeli offensive, actively pursue an end to the genocide in Gaza, and implement concrete measures to halt the military operations. Both sides also called for coordinated Arab and Islamic responses to the ongoing Israeli strikes against Yemen, Syria, and Lebanon. Regarding Palestinian refugees, they identified this as central to the Palestinian issue and fundamentally political. They maintained that a fair resolution requires refugees to return to their homeland while emphasizing the need for dignified living conditions and support for their perseverance toward this objective. The participants concluded by stressing that approaches to Palestinian presence in Lebanon should be holistic rather than solely security-focused, arguing that dialogue between Lebanon's government and the Joint Palestinian Action Committee represents the proper framework for protecting both Lebanese and Palestinian interests. Concurrently, Israeli occupation forces continue to breach the Gaza ceasefire agreement that became effective January 19 and remained in place for approximately two months, following 471 days of genocide. Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have continued their offensive in Gaza with full American support, killing and injuring over 178,000 Palestinians, while thousands more are still missing under the rubble. Hamas & Popular Front renew condemnation of Israeli attacks on Lebanon, Syria, & Yemen
Beirut - Saba: The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) renewed their condemnation on Friday of the Israeli attacks on Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen. The two movements affirmed "the right of the Palestinian people to resist occupation, defend themselves, their land, and their holy sites, and confront settlement, displacement, and Judaization projects." Hamas stated that Ali Baraka, head of its National Relations Department abroad, met with a delegation from the PFLP-General Command, led by Deputy Secretary-General Abu Imad Ramiz, and including Abu Kifah Ghazi, a member of the Political Bureau and the Front's official in Lebanon. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Hamas said the two sides discussed the latest developments in the Palestinian cause, foremost among them the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip. They described it as a "crime of genocide and starvation" perpetrated for over 600 days by the Israeli enemy government, led by Benjamin Netanyahu (who is wanted by the International Criminal Court), resulting in the martyrdom and injury of more than 170,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children. The two sides praised the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in Gaza, who are facing what they called "the most horrific genocide in modern history," amid international failure to stop it. The statement called for unifying Palestinian positions and efforts to confront Zionist and American schemes aimed at liquidating the Palestinian cause in favor of the enemy. It urged the international community to condemn the Israeli aggression, work seriously to stop the war on Gaza, and take practical decisions and measures to ensure an end to this aggression. They also called for coordinated Arab and Islamic efforts to halt these attacks, stressing that the issue of Palestinian refugees is central to the Palestinian cause—primarily a political issue—and that a just solution lies in their return to their homeland, with the necessity of providing dignified living conditions and supporting their resilience until this goal is achieved. The statement emphasized that addressing the presence of Palestinians in Lebanon must be comprehensive, not merely security-based, considering dialogue between the Lebanese government and the Palestinian Joint Action Committee as the correct approach to safeguarding the interests of both the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples. Representing Hamas at the meeting were Ayman Shana'a, the National Relations official in Lebanon, and Ziad Hassan, a member of Hamas's National Relations Department. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print
