Footy heartthrob Reece Walsh FINALLY reveals what's going on with his love life in heartwarming interview
Brisbane superstar Reece Walsh has finally revealed what's going on with his love life, confirming his current relationship status during a heartwarming interview with a young fan.
The 22-year-old Broncos heartthrob was questioned about his relationship status on Juiced TV by pint-sized host Indy-Rose.
The TV program is made by and for kids who are getting treatment at the Queensland Children's Hospital.
'Are you single?' Indy-Rose asked the footy star.
'Oh my gosh, I am single, yes,' Walsh replied.
Indy-Rose then cheekily asked if Walsh wanted to meet her nurse, who was also single.
'Would you like to meet my nurse? She is gorgeous and she needs to go on a date,' Indy-Rose said.
'Yeah, I can meet your nurse, yeah, where is she? Is she here today? Should we get her in here?' Walsh replied.
'She probably won't come down, you had to go up to her,' Indy-Rose replied.
'Will you take me up there after? Done, let's do it!' Walsh replied.
Footage showed Indy-Rose actually introducing the nurse to Walsh once the segment was over.
The outcome of Walsh's introduction to the nurse is not known.
Walsh, who is one of the most popular NRL players in the country, split up with his last girlfriend, Freda Puru, in 2023.
The couple share a daughter, Leila Arohamauroa, who they welcomed in March 2021 when the Broncos star was just 18 years old.
Walsh regularly posts images of his daughter to social media and she is often at the ground to support him when he plays
Walsh is a devoted dad and he teared up when he was asked about fatherhood in 2023.
'She [Leila] has been awesome for me. She calms me down,' he said.
'Not everything is about footy and a job. When I am in the (Broncos) facility I am the footy player.
'When I step out and see my little one and my family, I am Dad.
