Footy heartthrob Reece Walsh FINALLY reveals what's going on with his love life in heartwarming interview
Brisbane superstar Reece Walsh has finally revealed what's going on with his love life, confirming his current relationship status during a heartwarming interview with a young fan.
The 22-year-old Broncos heartthrob was questioned about his relationship status on Juiced TV by pint-sized host Indy-Rose.
The TV program is made by and for kids who are getting treatment at the Queensland Children's Hospital.
'Are you single?' Indy-Rose asked the footy star.
'Oh my gosh, I am single, yes,' Walsh replied.
Indy-Rose then cheekily asked if Walsh wanted to meet her nurse, who was also single.
'Would you like to meet my nurse? She is gorgeous and she needs to go on a date,' Indy-Rose said.
'Yeah, I can meet your nurse, yeah, where is she? Is she here today? Should we get her in here?' Walsh replied.
'She probably won't come down, you had to go up to her,' Indy-Rose replied.
'Will you take me up there after? Done, let's do it!' Walsh replied.
Footage showed Indy-Rose actually introducing the nurse to Walsh once the segment was over.
The outcome of Walsh's introduction to the nurse is not known.
Walsh, who is one of the most popular NRL players in the country, split up with his last girlfriend, Freda Puru, in 2023.
The couple share a daughter, Leila Arohamauroa, who they welcomed in March 2021 when the Broncos star was just 18 years old.
Walsh regularly posts images of his daughter to social media and she is often at the ground to support him when he plays
Walsh is a devoted dad and he teared up when he was asked about fatherhood in 2023.
'She [Leila] has been awesome for me. She calms me down,' he said.
'Not everything is about footy and a job. When I am in the (Broncos) facility I am the footy player.
'When I step out and see my little one and my family, I am Dad.

Neighbours finale ‘set to fall flat' as only one former star signs up to appear – and A-lists snub final episode
NEIGHBOURS' upcoming final episode could reportedly 'fall flat' - with only one former star signed up to appear. Earlier this year, the beloved Aussie soap was axed for a second time, having been saved by Amazon after 37 years on Channel 5. 4 4 The original finale saw Kylie Mingoue and Jason Donovan return to Ramsay Street, alongside other show alums. However, bosses' attempts to bring back A-listers this time around have reportedly not panned out. According to Daily Mail Australia, stars such as Margot Robbie, Natalie Imbruglia, Guy Pearce and Russell Crowe are all said to have snubbed the final episode. An insider told the publication: "The cast of the current season will need to rely on the storylines that involve their characters, because breaking out the cheque book won't cover it." Regarding the 2022 finale, the source added: "The mega stars waived their usual million dollar fees and felt like they were waving goodbye to the show that launched them. It was very classy. "The fact that Alan Fletcher, Jackie Woodburn and Ryan Maloney were tipped off as the show was saved during Neighbours' "farewell tour" was pretty awkward in retrospect." One confirmed returnee is Kimberley Davies, who appeared as Annalise Hartman from 1993 to 1996. The 52-year-old later moved to the United States, appearing in episodes of Friends and Ally McBeal. Amazon announced at the end of 2022 that it was bringing the iconic programme back in a multi-year deal. It started filming in 2023 and was shown on Amazon Freevee worldwide. Neighbours is being axed again - after production company Fremantle failed to agree a new deal with Amazon However, last year Amazon axed the service and folded it into its Prime Video streaming offering. And now, after two years streaming, the show will come to an end once more. The Sun exclusively revealed production on Neighbours would be stopping this summer - with the final episode airing at the end of the year. A source said at the time: 'Amazon gave Fremantle two years to see if it worked but sadly they just didn't get the viewers. Neighbours stars who made it big The long-running Aussie soap has launched the careers of some of Hollywood's biggest stars. Here are some of the Neighbours alums who went on to make it big after starring on the soap... Kylie Minogue Before she hit the big time with her music career, Kylie shot to fame playing Charlene Mitchell on Neighbours. Shortly after her arrival, Kylie began an on and off-screen romance with co-star Jason Donovan, who played Scott Robinson, which gained the couple an army of adoring fans. Jason Donovan After his stint as Scott, singer and actor Jason became an international popstar and had his pick acting of roles. He moved to the U.K., married, had children and has since starred in over a dozen West End show, most notably Joseph and his Technicolour Dreamcoat. Alan Dale New Zealand born actor Alan was one of Neighbours 12 original cast members having made his debut as Jim Robinson on the soap's first episode on 18 March 1985. As the head of the Robinson clan, widower Jim lived at Number 26 Ramsay Street with his children Paul, Julie, Scott and Lucy, and was a real anchor in the community. He stayed with the show for eight years, before his character was killed off in dramatic scenes aired in 1993 but which still reverberate through the soap to this day. Margot Robbie Way before she was Barbie or Harley Quinn, Margot was best known as Ramsay Street resident Donna Freedman. Her notable storylines included her marriage to Ringo Brown and becoming a young widow following his tragic death. After three years she bid farewell to the soap and Australia with a plan to make a name for herself in Hollywood which she did when she bagged the role of Naomi Lapaglia opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in The Wolf of Wall Street. Jesse Spencer Jesse rocked up on Ramsay street in 1994 with the rest of the Kennedy clan. He stayed for five years, literally growing up in front of the camera, but in 2000 felt it was time to spread his wings and head for Hollywood. It was certainly a smart move as he went on to bag leading roles in popular shows like House and Chicago Fire. Russell Crowe New Zealand-native Russell had a brief arc on Neighbours, appearing in four episodes of the soap 1987 as Kenny Larkin, the former cellmate of Street resident Henry Ramsay. The role obviously got him noticed though because he quickly went on to become a fully-fledged Hollywood A-lister, winning the Best Actor Oscar for his standout performance as Roman General Maximus Decimus Meridius in Gladiator. 'It's a really sad day especially for the cast and crew who work on the show in Melbourne. 'This really is the end of Neighbours just as it's celebrated it's 40th birthday.' The show's official X account posted: "We are sad to announce that Neighbours will be resting from December 2025. "New episodes from the 40th anniversary season will continue to air on Prime Video and Ten four times a week until the end of the year, with all the big soapie twists and turns that our viewers love."

June 23 (Reuters) - Australia's Minjee Lee, who clinched her third major title when she won the Women's PGA Championship on Sunday, said her ultimate goal was to complete a career grand slam by winning all five women's majors and entering the LPGA Hall of Fame. Lee mentioned New Zealand's Olympic gold medallist Lydia Ko, who has also won three major championships and was inducted into the LPGA Hall of Fame last year. "Seeing Lydia do it, I think it just, I'd really like to get there, but we'll see how we go after this week," she said. Australian rock legends AC/ DC are headed to Australia in November for the first time in a decade. The iconic band, formed in 1973, are set to play a string of massive stadium shows as part of their global Power Up Tour in November and December. And while many fans are thrilled over the upcoming gigs, some posted to social media on Monday to rage over the sky high concert ticket prices. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'That's a lot of money to hear B-DOW BAMP B-DAMP,' joked one fan on the thread. Added another social media user, 'For a band like this should offer prices for kids aged under 18. 'Or offer family packages. Great way to inspire young-lings to go with their parents to be educated in what a band is.' Meanwhile, several fans shared their memories of their previous concert experiences - and the low prices associated with the band's heyday. 'I've got a ticket at home from the 90s that cost $30ish?' recalled one longtime fan. '50 bucks Razors Edge tour at Sydney Entertainment Centre November 1991,' added another concert goer. Fronted by Brian Johnson and guitar icon Angus Young, AC/DC will hit major cities including Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane. Fans can start snapping up seats from June 26, with staggered release times via Ticketek and Ticketmaster. Posting to Facebook, a user shared that 'Ultimate' A-Reserve seating for AC/DC's gigs Down Under start at a whopping $407.70, while general admission standing tickets cost $305.75 AC/DC will kick off their Australian leg at Melbourne's MCG on November 12, before heading to Sydney's Accor Stadium on November 21. From there, the legendary rockers will take the stage at the BP Adelaide 500 Grand Finale on November 30, before travelling to Perth's Optus Stadium for a show on December 4. They'll wrap up the Aussie tour in style with a final stadium gig at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium on December 14. Joining the band on all dates will be the raucous Aussie punk outfit Amyl and the Sniffers, who are set to supercharge the crowd before the main act hits the stage. The Power Up Tour has already caused chaos overseas – with over two million tickets sold across Europe and North America, including ten sold-out shows in the US alone. AC/DC were last rumoured to be announcing a world stadium tour, with Brian Johnson resuming his position on vocals, in 2020. Brian's hearing problems forced him to leave the band mid-tour in 2016. He was temporarily replaced by Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose, who served as vocalist for the band's remaining concerts. Doctors had advised the frontman, 77, to either quit performing live or face the possibility of 'total hearing loss'. 'That was the darkest day of my professional life,' Brian said of the diagnosis at the time. AC/DC was formed in Sydney in November 1973 by brothers Malcolm and Angus Young. Following the death of lead singer Bon Scott from acute alcoholic poisoning at the age of 33 in 1980, Brian was hired to replace him. Rhythm guitarist Malcolm was diagnosed with dementia in 2014 and retired to a Sydney nursing home. He died on November 18, 2017, at the age of 64.
