Comedy improv group Scriptless in Seattle coming to Cider Mill Stage
ENDICOTT, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – A comedy show that relies on quick wit and audience participation is coming to Endicott this weekend.
As part of their national tour, improv comedy troupe Scriptless in Seattle is performing at the Cider Mill Stage on Friday and Saturday.
Drawing inspiration from the beloved show 'Whose Line is it Anyways', the group performs improvised sketch comedy that features musicals, game shows, film noir, and more.
The performance is interactive with audience members being pulled on stage to be part of the show.
Group Manager Justin Folger says he laughs just as much as the audience.
'It's going to be a great time. We're going to have a lot of fun. This is unlike any comedy show you've ever seen before, I can guarantee it because I don't know what it's about yet. But on top of that, you go see a guy with a microphone and a stool, you laugh, it's great. At this show, sometimes you get to be the guy with the microphone and the stool. Maybe not in the same capacity, but you get to be in it which is really cool,' said Folger.
Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Tickets are $30.
