Mah Sing expands M Series with M Aurora in Old Klang Road

KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd is extending its successful M Series into Old Klang Road with the launch of M Aurora, a freehold serviced residence aimed at delivering smart, sustainable, and attainable city living. Positioned to replicate the success of its fully sold M Oscar project in Sri Petaling, M Aurora is designed to appeal to first-time buyers and urban upgraders seeking modern, well-connected homes at accessible price points. M Aurora is a transit-oriented development. It is situated on a 2.12-hectare plot and is estimated to have a gross development value of RM660 million. The land was acquired last year for RM112.97 million. M Aurora has also secured provisional GreenRE Silver certification, reinforcing Mah Sing's commitment to sustainable development through eco-conscious design and energy-efficient planning.
