Hip-Hop Wired's Artists You Gotta Listen To In July

Hip-Hop Wired's 'Artists You Gotta Listen To In July' list is packed with some dope talent. Leading the charge is Money DW, a Houston native who's been building steam in the South. His gritty delivery and street-wise perspective earned him a major co-sign from H-Town icon Kirko Bangz, signaling big things ahead. Also catching fire is KWN, who just dropped her debut studio project, 'with all due respect'. The rising star made noise with her commanding single 'do what I say,' and has been a constant topic of conversation thanks to a rumored relationship with Kehlani. But it's her confident sound and unapologetic lyrics that really set her apart, KWN is definitely one to keep on your radar. From the U.S. Virgin Islands, Ffawty is making a name for himself as a true musical Swiss Army knife. His latest release, 'Closure,' showcases his ability to blend emotion with infectious melodies. With consistent output and undeniable charisma, Ffawty's momentum is building fast. This month's list proves that the next wave of stars isn't waiting for permission, they're already making noise. Wireless Festival 2025 lineup revealed with Drake set to headline all three days in historic first

Wireless Festival has announced its full 2025 lineup, and for the first time in its 20-year history, a single artist will headline all three days. Drake is set to make history at Finsbury Park in London this weekend, leading the celebration for the event's milestone anniversary. The Canadian rapper, who previously performed at the festival in 2012, 2015, and 2021, will return to headline Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Organisers confirmed that fans can expect a different setlist each night, making it a unique experience for attendees. Friday's supporting acts include PartyNextDoor, Summer Walker, Roy Woods, Leon Thomas, and KWN. On Saturday, UK grime legends Boy Better Know will perform alongside BigXthaPlug, Lancey Foux, Nemzzz, and SahBabii. Sunday will feature dancehall and Afrobeat stars such as Burna Boy, Vybz Kartel, Popcaan, Spice, and Masicka. Reactions to the lineup have been mixed. Some fans praised the scale of the event, calling it 'the best line up I've ever seen,' while others expressed disappointment, stating, 'This ain't giving 20th anniversary btw.' A final wave of tickets is scheduled for release today at 7 p.m. BST, with demand expected to spike following the lineup announcement and Drake's confirmation. The event will also serve as the launch of Drake's upcoming UK and Europe tour, which is expected to continue through September. His Wireless appearance follows the release of his latest single 'What Did I Miss?', a reflective track addressing the aftermath of his high-profile feud with Kendrick Lamar. The song is a preview of his upcoming album ICEMAN.
