Mirai teaser out: Manchu Manoj, Teja Sajja's fantasy film eyes September release
After delivering the 2024 blockbuster 'Hanu-Man', Teja Sajja is back on the big screen with another high-octane fantasy drama titled 'Mirai'. The makers released the much-awaited teaser on Wednesday, confirming that the film will hit theatres on Teacher's Day, September 5, by Karthik Ghattamaneni, who also doubles up as the film's cinematographer, 'Mirai' is a visually rich fantasy rooted in Indian mythology and history. The teaser introduces a chaotic world in the grip of the Kali Yug, where a dark force rises - The Black Sword, played by Manoj Manchu. As this villain, armed with extraordinary powers, sets out on a path of destruction, a divine force rises to confront him - out the teaser: Teja Sajja plays a humble warrior armed with a mystical wand. As the teaser unfolds, his journey towards discovering his identity and purpose begins. The film promises a classic clash of good versus evil, light versus shadow. Teja, stepping into the shoes of a Super Yodha, appears to deliver another intense and action-packed performance. Manoj Manchu impresses as the formidable antagonist, his presence both sinister and powerful. The music is composed by Gowra Hari, while the screenplay and dialogues have been penned by Karthik and Manibabu Karanam. Sri Nagendra Tangala is the art director, and Sujith Kumar Kolli serves as Executive Sajja's last theatrical release, 'Hanu-Man', was a blockbuster at the box-office, collecting close to Rs 300 crore at the worldwide box-office upon release in January 2024. Manchu Manoj, on the other hand, will be seen in the film, 'Bhairavam', which is slated to release in theatres on May 30.
