The Inchicore based side are also favourites to advance to the next round at 3/10 while the Estonian team are set at 13/5.
WHAT HAS BEEN SAID IN THE BUILD-UP?
St Pat's boss Kenny was impressed with Kalju FC's first round performance against a strong Partizani team.
He said:'Partizani are ranked higher than us so it was a big win in the second half of extra-time and they were full value for it over the two legs.

The third round draw won't favour St Pat's chances of reaching the league phase of the Conference League but that does not deter Kenny.
The former Ireland manager added: 'People want a big one but I'm wanting the draw that gives us the best chance of progressing.
"Obviously, there is an incentive for both teams when they see the draw. Besiktas and Shakhtar are big names. There are institutions in their own countries. They have a great pedigree.'
